There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Cozy and comfortable one minute from I-30 but in a safe quiet neighborhood close to everything in central Arkansas! Movie theater and all kinds of restaurants within 2-3 minutes away.
