Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Shenandoah

This airbnb was better than I expected. Although, it is not at the google maps location when using maps, it has a sign directing you where to go. It was very clean and homey. It felt comfortable and the bed was like a cloud. It was very private and the hot tub was just icing on the cake since being in the mountains is chilly. The hosts left extra food/supplies that came in handy. I would definitely come back! The water was a little smelly, but it is most likely just from being so far in the mountains. The hosts were super responsive and answered any questions I had. 100% would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at "The Burrow"; one of our best experiences with an Airbnb yet. The accommodations were top notch and our host's hospitality was above and beyond. The wrap around porch was our favorite place to relax at any time of day, with spectacular views . We enjoyed an evening next to the firepit with plenty of wood to burn. All in all it was a great experience and we would come back in a heartbeat!

This place is AMAZING! So many fun things to do! The hot tub in the cave was mind blowing, we loved it! Our 6yr old enjoyed feeding and petting the bunnies and chickens! Fishing was so much fun! Ken was an amazing host and responded very quickly! !!5 STARS!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I’m pretty sad that I don’t own this house. Pictures don’t it justice, and the pics are incredible. The house, the cows, the coziness….I’ve already shared this house to a few friends! Kayla was very responsive throughout our stay. 5 stars all around!

Beautiful old farmhouse overlooking the vineyard. Only a couple minutes walk to the Muse Winery. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The power was out for a few hours the morning of our last day without communication until after it was back on. I'm assuming there is an electric well pump since water pressure dropped significantly during that time.

We loved our time at this peaceful property. It was nice to wake up and hear the farm animals nearby. My son loved being able to play basketball and use the pool. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Lynn's place was excellent! Everything was perfect, really. We felt so comfortable and well cared for from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. All of the amenities are A+. We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Close enough to all the hikes we wanted to do. Pet friendly (huge for us) and beautiful views! Please make sure you read the whole listing, as you definitely need a vehicle with 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway. We brought our own towels, sheets, and so on as stated and everything else we needed was available. Would recommend bringing dish towels. We had forgotten them this trip. Cooking pots and pans are little outdated but they’re just fine! We had a wonderful taco night anniversary dinner at the cabin and throughly enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub. There’s a very nice above ground pool also but it was too cold this time of year to swim in. I would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely and homey cottage. Very beautiful courtyard, backyard and pool area. The hosts were friendly and very helpful with suggestions when our original excursion was cancelled. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and had everything we needed. The beds are very firm.

We loved our stay at this condo in Wintergreen. The condo was beautifully furnished. Very clean. And the views from the balcony are unbelievable. Since it was spring, it was very quiet which we enjoyed. The mountains were so lush and green. The host responded to any questions within minutes. Check out was a breeze. We will be booking again!

Beyond my expectations, would stay here again

Veronica is an amazing host and we had a wonderful time staying there. The place is true to the name - A Time to Chill. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped inside. The kids had a fun time playing arcade games and Foosball. Our evenings were spend mostly in the backyard either in the hot tub or having fun around the bonfire. We couldn't try the pizza oven and felt we should have stayed longer. Definitely, a highly recommended place and we will love to be back soon.

We had an amazing stay after a long day of travel and attending a wedding! The home is immaculately well kept and beautifully updated and designed. The driveway and road leading to the home, while steep and tight in spots, was also well maintained and easily traveled with 4WD. Thanks, we’ll certainly be back!

I loved my stay at Corey's cabin! It was easy to find and she provided very helpful instructions. The view is absolutely phenomenal. I spent a whole day outside on the porch. The cabin is small, but designed really well for guest comfort - each bedroom has it's own toilet and they are on different levels so there's a fair amount of privacy. There's so much nature in the area, I saw a red-tailed hawk, wild turkeys, pileated woodpeckers, and deer. On my last day while sitting outside with my coffee, I heard a buzzing and looked up to see a hummingbird hovering in front of my face. This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay to relax and enjoy the mountains.

Beautiful cabin kept in pristine condition in an idyllic location. Amenities made for a very enjoyable stay with the fire pit, pool table, hot tub, fully screened-in porch facing the mountains, and more. Julia was a fantastic host with very helpful instructions and quick responses!

We had a lot of fun on our weekend getaway! The land is absolutely breathtaking and the house was impeccably clean. The cows are such a joy. When the cows are in the closest pasture, they share a fence with you. My dogs were startled at first.

We loved our stay here with our dog! So peaceful and refreshing. We loved being right on the river and having access to a fire pit. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely with lots of horses. We would definitely stay here again.
