Great location to restaurants and all the museums and monuments. Wonderful addition was the park and walking path around the corner. The place was very welcoming and relaxing.

This was my second stay in this unit. It is clean and tidy. The building is quiet and amenities like the gym and attached Wegmans are great. The bed is comfy but bring your own pillow and a sleep mask if you can. The window coverings do not block any of the nearby lights.

This was my fourth stay with Theo and every time, it seems like he includes something to make the stay more enjoyable. Very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Always flexible! I love it there and it is definitely my home away from home! I look forward to my next stay!

I was stayed here while on a business trip. The accommodations were comfortable: the location was walkable to my Crystal City office and favorite bakery Mah-Ze-Dahr. I would stay here again and recommend to other business travelers.

This place was perfect for our girls trip to DC. It was a quick walk to the Metro station. Check in was a breeze and all communication from the host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay! After a long drive in a small car, it was such a relief to have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The area was more spacious than I had expected. We loved the thoughtful touches like the board games, snacks, and toiletries—they truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We just wish we had more time and certainly hope to return in the future!

I stayed at this incredible house with my friend, and it was truly an amazing experience. The house was spotless, with everything perfectly organized and easy to find. Having rented at least 10 houses in the Mineral area, I can confidently say this one was the best by far. The cinema and jacuzzi were fantastic additions that everyone enjoyed. Not only did the kids have a blast, but the adults also had an amazing time. The deck with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards was exactly as described, and everyone had an amazing time using them. This house exceeded all our expectations and provided a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time! Brenda thought of everything and made our visit so enjoyable -- from a beautiful table setup, to fun play areas, to a thoughtful welcome basket full of goodies. The kids LOVED all of the fun activities outside and playing upstairs with the toys. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway with young kids!

The house was amazing. It was a perfect experience for a guys’ trip to get away, watch the first round of the NCAA tournament and make use of all the cool amenities (games, hot tub, open lawn space)…all of it. I hope to be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Erika and Germaine’s lovely house. The details on the instruction was very helpful. They are very responsive and helpful with recommendations in the area. The variety of coffee was welcoming and the decor of the house makes you feel like at home. We can see the attention to details that are made to please the guests. Our group consists of 4 families so we were able to give the kids the entire ground floor. The house accommodated 15 of us without any problem. You will find this house how lovely experience as well.

We had a group of seven stay and we had tons of room and tons of activities with the game room Jacuzzi televisions theater and the views were amazing from the deck. One thing that stood out to was how clean the house was you can tell the Cleaning Service does an amazing job. I think we might be back sometime in the future. Also, the location is great in Massanutten. There is water parks skiing hiking just a great place to be. If we have any questions using the app Messenger, they were quickly responded to as well.

Perfect ski-in ski-out on down under trail. Not a good ski in ski out for beginners. Beautiful views from all the decks. Functional well stocked kitchen. Great place for fuzzy friends. Solid gates around the kitchen. Very steep steps to loft bedroom.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was clean and there is so much to do in this beautiful home. We had nine adults over two nights, and could always find ways to spread out around the house and find fun things to do. We will absolutely consider this a top option for future trips with friends and family. My only piece of feedback is that the audio setup in the home theater room (which is beautifully constructed) could use some improvement (more than just a soundbar). The hot tub, sauna, many bedrooms with king sized beds, game room, and kitchen were all excellent and we felt right at home.
