Incredible location with a very comfortable set up. I really appreciate the hospitality and the attention Pam has for her guests. Everything about this place is awesome. I love quiet afternoon and spacious environment, this place is perfect for nature lovers and peace seekers. Night sky will have you gazing at the stars for hours. It was exactly as Steve described. Every bit of info Steve shared with us was accurate. My son (9) and I took a 2 day trip to catch as many fish as possible. This private deep pond provided fun fishing for my son and I. We caught sun fish, blue gill, large mouth bass, small mouth bass, and a big catfish…that we learned is about 12 years old. Within about 40 minutes there are multiple locations that offer stocked and native trout. We hiked along the stream and enjoyed the panoramic scenic views. It had everything we needed. In all honesty, my wife usually does the prep so when I arrived and realized I had not brought coffee or a pot to cook in, I was pleased to find those items and more. Clean and comfy. It was a nice getaway. Not to promote my social media, but if you want to see videos of the pond and fishing, feel free to check it out on my page. Gerry’s place is just what I needed to disconnect. Close to some good hiking and outdoor activities. The place itself has everything you need for a short peaceful stay. Gerry himself was very welcoming and hospitable. I loved this place. I will definitely favorite to go back sometime.

I was in town for a month for less than pleasant reasons, but having this space to come home to and relax every night was a blessing. The host was very communicative and made checking in a breeze. Very comfy bed!

We were pleasantly surprised with the proximity of the Airbnb to our destinations. It was warm, inviting, and cutely decorated with an authentic cabin-feel right outside of DC. I wish we could have stayed longer. We would love to come back.

My partner, pup, and I had a lovely and cozy stay!! Lots of thoughtful touches, cool artwork, and supplies. We enjoyed using the fire pit right by the creek, our dog was obsessed with the sun room, and we loved exploring the sculpture garden!

This place was our best choice even before we realized there would be a freshly-prepared, multi-course gourmet breakfast. House is as advertised, clean, and well-located. Scott and Lisa are friendly, responsive, and fantastic cooks. Enjoy!

This is our 3rd trip to the Carriage House, always have a positive experience and love the location.

Everything was top notch, pictures don't do the location justice. The ambiance is peaceful quiet fresh air beautiful views, the house is as listed and more, You get what you paid for. Leena is an amazing person very responsive and very hospitable. Don't think twice just book you will not be disappointed.

We only stayed for 1 night but would definitely have enjoyed more. Pretty much everything you needed was provided. The cabin was clean and cozy ! The bathroom was spacious and well stocked. Bed was comfy and big enough for our daughter to sleep with us. Surrounding area was simple and pretty farmland. We loved meeting Shea !

Scott’s place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Having a place to stay outside of the busy city was perfect. My partner and I loved having an Airbnb versus a hotel room. We had a hotel room for our last trip to Charlottesville and it felt so cramped and stuffy. Scott’s home was very well set up and laid out. The beautiful farm animals and cute fluffy dogs were a HUGE plus!

Judea' is a fantastic host and with a terrific property it's a win win. Clean cozy and beautiful views. Best of all a host who goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect!

The loft is warm and inviting and the decor is adorable. The property is also beautiful, just right out of town and so peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I stayed in Chris’ Treehouse just over two weeks. It’s a beautiful carriage apartment and looked just like the pictures. For me, the distance from places was fine and he was super responsive to anything I needed the whole time. I’d would definitely stay there again. Was able to get plenty of food and grocery deliveries there with ease. Book this place!!!

Love this location. Directly across the street from a beautiful park. Great neighborhood to walk and explore. Convenient to public transportation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable guest house! We had everything we needed and we found the stay to be cozy and clean. The directions we received for check in were clear and easy. We had a great weekend exploring local hikes and breweries. Would recommend this stay!

Laura’s place was perfect for our few nights in Charlottesville. We were there for a concert and to enjoy all the town has to offer. The home was perfectly situated in a pleasant neighborhood and was so close to so much. Whether it was shopping, dining or entertainment, we were always just a short drive/uber away. Laura provides a lot of great recommendations which is really helpful. The home itself was perfect for us. We arrived to find it clean and comfortable, while providing everything we needed. The parking was convenient and the yard beautiful. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Beautiful place, wish I could have stayed under better personal circumstances as it is a truely wonderful little guest house.

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We recently booked Namastays’ place when a family member became very ill and was in the hospital. The hosts were super accommodating of our needs around seeing to the care of our hospitalized family member and their place offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days spent at the hospital. It was such a blessing to have someplace like Namastays’ for us to work from. It allowed us the space to focus on what we needed to do for our family without having to worry. Super grateful the experience we had here, highly recommend these hosts and their place.

Brits place was perfect for the weekend. She was so nice and the room had everything I needed. :)

Our stay was truly home away from home - we felt safe and comfortable. We spent most of our trip in DC -an easy 15 min walk to the Metro. We would gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda & Todd’s guest cottage. It was very clean, comfy & cozy and was in a beautiful private setting. Lots of wineries, breweries and distilleries within a 15 min radius. Our hosts gave us some great recommendations for nearby hikes. We did the humpback rock hike which was short but very steep. Cool view from the top. We also did the Blue Ridge tunnel trail. Highly recommend. They also provided us with some nice amenities…coffee from a local roaster, granola bars and oatmeal packets for breakfast. The beds were also comfy. We would not hesitate to recommend their place to family and friends.
