Cabin vacation rentals in Shenandoah Mountain

Staying at Eugene’s place was greatI. The view was beautiful! The cabin was super clean and welcoming. We were also a short ride to town. Absolutely would look forward to staying at this place again.

The house was clean and offered beautiful scenery. The grill was located near the river, allowing you to enjoy cooking, dining, and taking in the view all at once. Due to the weather, the firewood was wet; it would be better if it were covered to ensure the fire pit remains usable after rain. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely be happy to revisit.

My family and I loved our stay at Sherilynn’s cabin! The cabin has everything you could want and then some! It had plenty of space and everyone appreciated not having to share bedrooms or fight over bathrooms. We really enjoyed eating on the screened in porch, playing in the creek (We watched a snake eat a fish one night) and both fire pits. The cabin is a perfect base camp for adventures in Shenandoah National Park too. Sherilynn was very responsive and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful cabin, well updated, and well located. Loved that Maybelle’s is just a stone’s throw while at the same time you are nestled in the woods to getaway. Beds were super comfy, and creature comforts were available. Made for an excellent blend of rustic look/location while having new conveyances. Absolutely recommend and also want to say how I appreciated the personal touch of host reaching out personally to ensure everything was going well. Thank you!

Spent a long weekend here with 5 others, great place. Host is very responsive/ communicative and the property is exactly as is. We’ll be back!

This cabin was the perfect find! My best friend and I took a trip here for our birthdays and we had a blast! The cabin was very cute, clean, and had everything we needed for our 3 day trip. It was private and surrounded by lots of trees and nature. The view from the kitchen/dining room and the hot tub is stunning! Pictures do no justice! Brian was a great host! I I have nothing but good things to say about Brian’s cabin. I definitely recommend booking!

My husband and I had a great time at Tracy’s cabin! The cabin had all of the amenities listed in the description plus some extras and was more accommodating than I expected. The area is private and quiet. If you are someone who isn’t comfortable with using water sparingly for dishes/bagged showers, consider bringing extra. The cabin had about 12 gallons available and we used a little more over 4 days. Be advised that this cabin is deep into the mountains, we lost service about an hour away. I recommend saving the address of places/trails you’d like to visit and using your vehicle’s GPS. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed unplugging for a few days. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Pretty setting, park and creek .7 m away, felt like we were tucked away. We had a minor issue, not at all hosts fault, the electricity in the area went out. But Sereda was very responsive, figured out problem and when it would be solved, and let us know right away. I didn’t want to leave!

If you want a place with things in walking distance, this isn't for you. But you can't beat the view from the deck every morning. Place was rustic (which i like in a cabin!) but tastefully done - nice blend of the historic with newer touches. Beds comfy. Had everything you need. Corey sent good instructions on how to find it. Recommend.

If your looking for a peaceful location with beautiful views and the feeling of home this is the place to go! Rebecca was excellent communicator and very descriptive in her instruction manual. Everything you needed to know was right there. Rebecca goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you would normally need at home. The cabin itself was clean and cozy. The record and selection are awesome and we finished two puzzles while there. Atari was a huge hit! The creek in the backyard was our favorite feature, we even saw an eastern box turtle. All in all it was fantastic and we will definitely be back again.

Loved this cabin! Perfect for a little getaway. Close to lots of hiking and downtown Elkins but still far enough to relax out in nature. Ashley was a great host and responded almost immediately after reaching out. Would highly recommended the cabin if you are staying in the area!

Quite simple cabin with easy access to the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park. Great for relaxing after long day of hiking.

Montfair farm was lovely, there are nice trails right there( just check for ticks !) and easy access to trails at Shenandoah NP and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Recommend Humpback Rocks and Blackrock Summit. Also easy to get to Charlottesville, which is a lovely city with lots of interesting shops and art work. Leora and David were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed canoeing in the pond and wish we’d had the weather to take advantage of the bicycles!

We enjoyed our visit to WV. Su’s cabin was the perfect location and allowed us to witness some beautiful sunsets, nightly. The cabin was all Su’s described, quite comfortable for 2 people. Su provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. We went to two of the restaurants, both were delicious. If we’re back in the area, we’d stay at Su’s again.

It was a great place to stay for a quiet getaway in the woods.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Creekside Cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all. Alicia is a terrific host. Her recommendations were spot-on. I appreciated the little touches like a snack basket.

This property is GORGEOUS!! The cabin is beautiful and well-appointed. The view off the porch is INCREDIBLE! Plan to spend lots of time just staring at the beautiful mountains. Be sure to treat yourself to April's delicious cinnamon rolls...and any other of her delicious baked goods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and unique property near one of the best vacation spots in Virginia.

We stopped at Mallory’s cabin both ways to a family wedding and it is the perfect quaint little cozy cabin to rest your feet and your mind. She supplies plenty of games to play as you unplug and unwind. There’s a babbling brook you can enjoy out back while kindling a small fire in the fire pit. Such a fun and cozy place to get away from it all.

Small but efficient house for a couple of nights exploring the area. Very close to blackwater falls and less than an hour to Dolly Sods. Easy short drive to both David and Thomas. Don’t expect a palace, but it has everything you need and a comfy snug bed. Good choice overall.

A wonderful stay! The power went out for a short time (not even 30 minutes) and Megan went out immediately to report the outage and had it resolved quickly. Awesome host!
