Wow His description is accurate of his rental, but what is not listed is the customer service provided by he, his father, and brother! Although Nickson works a night job his response time was usually minutes with answers to all queries we had! Set us up with a friend cab driver that met us immediately at the SGR terminus upon our arrival. Easy to work with! His father greeted us upon arrival, showed the place, explained keys etc. He also provided us his contact which we used several times following late dinners. He set up a Tuktuk driver for us (shout out to Humphrey) who was the best! Been to Kenya 4 times in the past 2 years and Humphrey is far and away the best driver I’ve had! The brother, Billy is a wonderful chef (working on establishing his own eatery) and had prepared a nice welcoming dinner. We made arrangements and he cooked breakfasts and several dinners while there! All of it top quality in taste and volume! Don’t hesitate to use them as a stay in the Mombasa area.

Teddy's apartment is strategically located in view of the City and the Airport. He is very responsive and responds within a few minutes. The self check-in too was efficient.

This was truly a great value for a penthouse stay in Mombasa City — we couldn't have gotten a better deal! The apartment was stunning: impeccably clean, exquisitely furnished, and fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The views, especially of the ocean at sunset, were absolutely breathtaking.The host was exceptional — there was someone on the ground who was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our check-in and entire stay seamless. Don’t miss the nearby spice market, just a short walk away — it’s a vibrant experience you won’t regret. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect location, close to so many great restaurants, supermarkets, historic sites. The apartment was as clean and beautifully decorated as described. Khadija was an outstanding host, very responsive and respectful of privacy. Whether you're staying for work or leisure, this place is a gem, highly recommended.
