Shellman Bluff oceanfront vacation rentals

We booked this house for our annual family vacation, there were 12 of us, we each had our own space, the house was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for a large group. Pamela was an excellent host, very attentive to our needs and always responded to our calls.

Noe was very responsive and quick to reply to every message. The place was quiet, clean, and exactly as described. Had a comfortable and pleasant stay — would definitely recommend!

Perfect home base for our family of three, mainly for birding at Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge, but we also did a day trip to Savannah and had a nice lunch in Darien. Place was easy to find and had everything we needed to do our own cooking.

This Airbnb is one of my favorites! My wife & I stayed here while visiting our family & it more than met my expectations. The cottage was cozy & had everything we needed for cooking & grilling. It has a smart TV & WiFi, making me feel right at home. We walked to & sat on the dock & enjoyed the nature & relaxing river, which was right at our feet! The cottage offers ample privacy. I really enjoyed the sweet golden retrievers (that live nearby) who spent the evening with us. The host was absolutely fantastic & always responsive, even at night when I was looking for the WiFi password (that was my bad- I overlooked it). Prior to our arrival she even offered to deliver firewood! I wish I would’ve taken advantage of this authentic Airbnb by ordering from the breakfast menu, which looked on point. You can tell the host prides herself in maintaining this home away from home Airbnb to give guests the best experience. Last thing, the sunset view from the patio was unbelievably gorgeous! True 5/5

Amazing cottage on the waterfront. Best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in years. Ron was responsive to a message and gave us a phone call which was appreciated. Cutest bathroom with claw foot tub. Bring your own bug spray, citronella candles, firewood and poles. We walked around to find wood. Pics show a covered porch which may have been damaged in a storm. The umbrella was adequate for shade. Only got one trash bag /3 nts so bring some. We had a lovely stay and would def come back if there was a king bed downstairs . We only got one burner to work on the grill but Great outdoor kitchen! Instructions say not to put pillows on the floor but there’s like 30 pillows and we didn’t know where to put all of them- from the beds to the dining seating area. If you’re looking for quiet and serene and comfort.. this is it! Responsive hosts and lovely cottage. Met some nice neighbors too! Huge yard! Pet friendly! Great fire pit!

The town house had a great coastal feel, furniture was comfy, bright and comfortable . The sun room was my favorite. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the appliances were outstanding. The view of #10 on Sea Palms made for great golf viewing. The sun rises over the lake were stunning. Also, fun to watch the turtles and alligators on the pond on 10! First time to St. Simons Island wish we would have stayed longer. Great local restaurants.

This is our third or fourth stay at Laura’s. She and David are always responsive, proactive, and generally sweet. The marsh brings so much peace, and Laura’s place is the ideal spot to enjoy it. We brought our fishing kayaks to launch at Sunbury an easy 30 minutes away. Great spot- cant say enough!

The house is huge, and the pictures does not capture all that space that is available throughout the entire house. If you need some time for yourself, The Master Bedroom has an add on room (Big Room) with big screen tv and a very comfortable couch to relax. My family really enjoyed the house and location, not too far away from restaurants and away from the Busy streets of Hinesville. The home is definitely big enough for a big family. Francene the host is very helpful and will replay to your txt with minutes. We will definitely be back when we come visit Hinesville. We had very a good stay 😊.

Overall, we had an amazing day. The house was very clean and very much as pictured. My only negative was that it got pretty warm upstairs at night, but that was easy to combat with fans.

Always such a pleasure to stay at the Creekside Cabin. A place to dream and breathe, very private and secluded, we always feel right at home at the cabin. The best part of our stay is definitely the marsh view- mornings linger til noon and sunsets on the porch swing, are reveled events- it will melt your cares and worries away!

Lisa is a great host, very responsive. I never waited more than 10 minutes before hearing back from her. Loved the place, it’s gorgeous just like the pictures, perfect for my family holiday get together!

This beautiful cottage was one of the best places we have ever booked! Situated on a gorgeous and unique property with huge trees and other lush foliage, it is a peaceful and serene setting unlike any other. The interior was clean, decorated with care and truly comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the henhouse and its friendly occupants. Jennifer Jo was a friendly, outgoing hostess who takes pride in her town and its surroundings. She had terrific recommendations for dining and activities. We plan to return next time we are in the area for another memorable stay!
