Vacation rentals in Sheldon

My coworker and I found this place very nice and quiet. We felt comfortable and slept pretty good! Thank you again for the great stay!

We had a great stay at the West Mineral Vacation Home. We were in the area for a work trip, plenty of room for a group of 5. The place was extremely clean and tidy. The home is very new. Checking-in was easy. Vic was helpful with the instructions, and is a great host. Thanks! Joe and Crew

This place is PERFECTION!!! You can tell that so much thought went into meeting every need a person or dog might have!!!! The fenced in yard, kennels, dog treats, and so much more for anyone traveling with their dogs. People always say it’s the little things……well, it is. The coffee supplies, laundry supplies, snacks and drinks, toiletries, etc…..most Airbnbs don’t have those little details. I loved the decor!!! And that bathtub!!!! I LOVE the bathtub! I have never seen one like it!! Coffee on that back porch was so peaceful!!! We visited Joplin to adopt another Golden Retriever. We brought 2 with us and went home with 3!!!! It was the PERFECT place for all of us!!! I did not want to leave!

This was a new Airbnb with zero reviews. So hard to gage. The place was better than the description! Full flight of stairs to the main living area. Just fyi. Not a problem for us tho ! Extra bed was crucial for me traveling with a snoring friend. If I was to be back in Stockton 100% stay here again. Place was super clean and kitchen adequately stocked. Tip : push on the bathroom plunger so bathtub doesn't fill with water while taking a shower. Very friendly host -daughter of occupants very responsive. Very private place as we didn't even see the home owners. Well we saw them. But they stayed to themselves. It was perfect for our needs. Very close to Hawkers Point and the Orleans Trail marina access where our friends kept their sailboat. Very nice place! Washer and dryer too. And most comfortable pillows. 10+++

Samantha is a wonderful host and extremely responsive. The Dream House was everything I expected. It was peaceful and relaxing, the greenhouse is fantastic for relaxing and getting away from it all! Decorations are simple and inviting. Very comfortable, cozy accommodations! Large fenced yard to accommodate my dogs, Samantha even had a dog treat and a dog bed waiting for them when we arrived, such a nice touch!

This place is off the chain… wildlife galore, off the beating path… great place to disconnect and get some R&R!!!! The cabin is custom built from trees on the property…. It snowed while we were there… so that added to the experience… Nathan is a jam up hostel!!! First class… Strongly suggest this cabin if you are headed his way!!! 🤙🏻✌️👍

the place was very cozy to stay in and the surroundings were very relaxing. got to sit out and read outside while listening and observing the local wild life. and the hot tub was perfect and everything was very clean and thoughtfully labeled for ease of finding things in the kitchen too. Would definitely come back and stay at this location again.

What a wonderful house! The pictures did not do justice! We had 8 people with room for more. All the amenities anyone on a trip would need. The fenced in yard was beautiful. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The property is in walking distance to coffee shops and boutiques. Definitely one of our favorite rentals!
