Monthly Rentals in Shelbyville

I would say this is a good place for two people who need a quick place to stay. We only stayed one night. The RV was very clean. My wife and I were on the double bed and it was very comfortable. My son stayed on the pull out sofa which had a bit of a slant to it. Couldn't figure out a way to make it level. But otherwise, acceptable. The price was quite high. The reason was there were three big events. Indiana Pacers playoff game, Indiana Fever game and the Indianapolis 500. So, that's why the price was so high. If I need to go again, for non-big event weekend, I expect the price to be lower. But it's all about supply and demand. Yet, very satisfied with the accommodations.

This apartment on the second floor of a brand new building and everything inside is brand new. (appliances, furniture, everything). The living room/kitchen area is spacious and comfortable for a one bedroom apartment. Nice bedding, spacious bathroom and luxurious bath towels. It felt like staying into a brand new model home. It was hot out when we were there, and the air conditioning was fantastic. The building is so new that it was an empty lot on Google Street view. But I did notice the small sign in the yard of the google picture for Everett Homes, and the first floor of the new building is for their business. This place was perfect for our stay and very close to I65.

We were in town for a weekend softball tournament. This was just a short drive to Blue River Park where the games were played, which was nice. We did have an issue with the door not locking properly. However, I messaged, explained the situation & we had someone there to fix it within the hour. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience for us. Having never stayed at an ABB before, I'm thankful for hosts that were extremely easy to work with and a very clean place to stay.

Janeene was awesome. I went outside to work a bit and struck up a conversation with her. She was very present. I knew she would respond to anything I needed. The house was very well stocked with toiletries and even some snacks. I highly recommend this air bnb.
