This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The Bright Side Inn is located on the grounds of Bright Side Youth Ranch. Only 30 minutes from Charlotte NC, this renovated travel trailer is nestled on the 15 peaceful acres of the ranch. Features include a queen bed with 2 bunks with comfortable bedding. The living area includes a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and sofa. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. There is always plenty of firewood to enjoy the fire pit!
