Best of all, our location is close to Southampton Central, the cruise terminal and Southampton university, ensuring easy access to any part you need of the vibrant city center.

Our Luxury yurt in peaceful setting close to Cowes

Enjoy a fun relaxed break in our beautiful yurt with central heating, log burner, shower room, proper loo and kitchen. Egyptian cotton sheets on a king size bed and a deck to watch the sunset and gaze at the stars through the roof dome at night. Set on our farm in a secluded spot overlooking the fields with own firepit and bbq. Enjoy Forest walks or 10 min drive to the beach, Cowes or Newport. Great mezzanine bedroom area upstairs with two single mattresses for extra guests if needed.

Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a view over the rear garden and the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Stunning cottage 1 bed with private hot tub

Two immaculate boltholes available, with private hot tubs on a smallholding on the sunny Isle of Wight - take woodland walks from the door! You’re on a footpath that leads to a good pub, peaceful woodland and the riverside. When you feel weary head back to pour a glass of fizz from and bubble away in the hot tub. Inside both spaces are open plan with a king bed in each bedroom on one side and a smart bathroom on the other. As the stars appear you might hear the hoot of the resident barn owl!

Wisteria Lodge, a self-contained unit with spa

Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

Bentley Cottage

Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. The New Forest is great for walking and on/off road cycling. Welcome pack provided. Wifi available. Free to use 7kW Type 2 EV charger provided.

Stunning newly refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden flat with private parking with the beach at the end of the road , hosted by Home from Home Portsmouth. Great for access to the attractions, suitable for families and dogs with a private secure garden, split into areas: a sheltered decked area with pergola for the outdoor lounge and dining as well as a grassed area for dogs and kids to play and a patio area attracting the morning sun, with bistro table, bench and charcoal BBQ.

The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.
