Monthly Rentals in Shandaken

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

Clean, comfortable and inviting place to stay in an superb location in the Catskills -- short drive to Woodstock and Phoenicia, for shops and restaurants, and short drive to trailheads for hiking. Everything from linens to cups and glasses to the complimentary coffee was top notch. Friendly hosts! Seamless stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing winter break at this cozy mountain retreat! The house is warm and inviting, surrounded by beautiful snow-covered scenery. The kitchen was fantastic—we did a lot of cooking, but the highlight was definitely the open brick oven, where we had a blast making pizzas. The location was perfect for a ski trip, just a short drive to Belleayre Mountain, making our days on the slopes super convenient. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the warmer months to enjoy the gorgeous backyard. The host was wonderful—helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in any season!

Dave and Karen were delightful hosts! My partner and I booked last minute (the day of our stay) because our previous cabin we booked did not meet our expectations. They welcomed us with open arms and were as friendly as I remember (my best friend and I stood here last fall). I look forward to another stay sometime down the line. It’s hands down the best experience I’ve had on airbnb!!!
