Vacation rentals with beach access in Shandaken

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Chris' place was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Location is perfect, within easy distance of the beautiful Kingston waterfront and nice restaurants. The area is quiet at night and felt very safe. Check-in was smooth and we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Kingston.

Robin and Stan were terrific hosts, they were very proactive with communication and super accommodating during our entire stay. The house was absolutely lovely and so easy to get to from the main part of town. Robin also has the cutest store located just down the street that is a must visit! Overall 10/10 stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the location is perfect for skiing at Belleayre and accessing restaurants as well as other activities. The space is very clean and perfectly appointed. Charlie was always proactive at communicating and available if anything arose. 4-Wheel drive is necessary in the winter - snow removal was always very prompt. We had a great stay and would absolutely go back.

This was the perfect spot and location for a getaway with my girlfriend. The unit is beautiful, clean and you can’t beat the view of the Hudson.

We really enjoyed our time in Hudson! The house was walkable to lots of shops and restaurants in town. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was, as well (plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils) . Wesley was responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun trip upstate 😊

Cute and well-designed house in a beautiful location right on Esopus Creek but still very close to Saugerties town; a great spot for exploring the Catskills in winter. The kitchen was well-outfitted and we enjoyed the fireplace and available games and puzzles! Very comfortable king bed in the primary bedroom.

The house is extremely comfortable. The open living area is cozy but large with high ceilings and a tv area, dining area and stools at the kitchen bar. We did not feel on top of each other. The gas fireplace is so nice in the winter and gives off heat as well as creates ambiance. The bedrooms are great with very comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Overall adorable cabin in the Catskills right off of 28 so you can easily get to other areas like skiing and dining. We would definitely come back!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect getaway out of NYC. The Empire Trail is a great walk right outside of the house and we enjoyed having our coffee on the beach just a couple minutes walk away. The porch is beautiful in the morning and afternoon, getting great sunlight. We LOVED all of the spots we got to try in Kingston. Standouts were Rosie's General, Eliza and Kingston Standard Brewing Co. There are tons of hikes and nature walks nearby and we had a great time exploring the three different downtown areas. Lots to see and do and Barbara's place was the perfect oasis to come back to. Thank you for a great stay!

William was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The Airbnb was great just as it’s described. It’s a nice spot that feels secluded but is still close to nearby towns. I went up with some friends for the weekend and it’s not far from some nice hiking trails.

We had the most amazing two-day stay at this beautiful, charming house! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house is absolutely perfect, and it had everything my husband and I needed for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the Catskills. We were able to get to all the spots we wanted to visit without any hassle. Honestly, we had the best time and can’t wait to come back for another stay. This place truly made our trip unforgettable!

Went away with a group of friends and we had a great time! House looked exactly like the pictures, very clean, spacious and peaceful. Nice getaway to relax. Frank was a wonderful host, maybe the best I’ve dealt with. He was very friendly, informative, and considerate. He responded quickly and even helped us find things to do and restaurants around town. 10/10 recommend!! Look forward to maybe booking again in summer this time.
