Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Seydikemer

This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

During our stay at Mr. Furkan Bey's villa, he informed us about Fethiye and its surroundings. The villa is very close to the city center and within reach of the Fethiye cordon and local markets. The villa is stylish and beautifully furnished as it appears in the photos. There is air conditioning in all rooms with all amenities. The pool and garden are beautiful. It is suitable for working remotely at a reasonable pace. Vacation can be made with peace of mind. Thank you for everything. See you again.

A great apartment with loads of good places to eat nearby. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. My daughter swam in the pool!

Seda’s place is warm and clean. Clear instructions were provided for us to easy navigate to the house. We had a very good sleep night at this place. Will definitely recommend this home to anyone else who travel to this area.

Mr. Fatih is a very kind and helpful host, he responded quickly to every question I had and was able to meet the things I requested. The house was spotless, I felt as comfortable as in my own home. Everything was also available in the house in terms of equipment. The location is both calm and central, there are minibuses to the center of Fethiye or you can easily reach it by your personal car. I would definitely recommend it for a vacation experience you won't regret. Thank you. 😊

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

I wanted a place that was calm,quiet but also close to the sea. The place was definitely the place I wanted. Since we went with our own vehicle, it was very simple to go to shopping places, beaches, Kalkan. The house was very clean, thank you very much about this, also thank you very much for this. We would have had a mosquito problem during our holidays in the future, but this year we did not have it and it was very nice. The items in the house were sufficient and clean. It was a subtle behavior that they had detergent for the dishwasher. We had a very enjoyable holiday for 10 days. We would definitely come back if we wanted to have a holiday again.

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. First of all, thank you to Mr. Aydın for his hospitality. The house was quite large and spotless . In 3 bedrooms, both beds and pillows , quilts, etc. were considered . Each room has a built-in closet. The kitchen met all our needs. The garden was very well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the barbecue and seating area. They didn't use the garden to make us comfortable because they had a host upstairs, and they made the slightest noise. We felt like we were at home. The house has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. It's never a problem for someone with a car, but if you are going to come without a car, the location of the house is 1200 meters to the beach. It can be a bit difficult to walk in the heat. We had a very nice and calm holiday. You can rent the house with peace of mind. Thank you again Mr. Aydın.🙏

Ms. Belgin and her mother were very hospitable and caring hosts. The house was extremely tidy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We needed everything. For crowded families, having a separate bathroom/toilet in each room provided a separate comfort. You can sip your coffee peacefully in nature and have a barbecue and have a peaceful time as a family. The treats of Ms. Belgin's mother also conquered our hearts. There were also enough cleaning products in the house. Although it gets colder, especially at night due to its location, we have solved this problem with the air conditioning and duvet blankets, which are separate in each room. Although it is a distance to the sea in terms of location, you can choose to just relax and get away from the noise of the city and be alone in a comfortable area with nature. This is the first time we've arranged a place through the app. Mr. Şaban is a very good host, I have not seen such a clean hotel/apartment in my life. Everything is also great. There is everything you may need at home. Öludeniz is close to Fethiye center, beaches, etc. It is very nice in terms of location, do not relax. The children were very happy, they did not want to leave the pool at all. The weather is very nice in the evenings, there was no overwhelming weather. You can sit and have your tea and coffee in the evenings by the pool for a long time.

We had a lovely relaxing time staying at home. The place is even more beautiful than than in the pictures, and very very clean and beautifully decorated inside as well as the terrace. The landlord really thought of everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and breakfast was also great. Thank you for the stay we will certainly come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It looked just like the pictures and I instantly felt comfortable and at home. It was very clean and taken care of. Tuba was very helpful from start to finish. She provided very clear instructions on how to get to the villa, gave recommendations for restaurants in the area and was flexible with changing the booking times. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend.

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

During our time at Mr. Arif's house, we felt at home. She was extremely caring and helpful; she was quick and solution-oriented to help with everything we needed. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable and all the details were thoughtfully thought out. Everything needed was available; from kitchen equipment to linens, everything was complete. The view was truly stunning - it was a pleasure to watch the sunrise and sunset. In addition, the location of the house was quite advantageous. There were places within walking distance such as grocery stores and greengrocery stores where we could meet our daily needs. Which made our stay even more comfortable. Thanks to Mr. Arif's hospitality and the amenities of the house, we had an unforgettable holiday. With peace of mind, we would recommend it to anyone. In our opinion, Mr. Arif's house is unbeatable :)

This villa is lovely , to be able to have the outdoor and indoor pool is lovely especially in the evening the heated pool is great and sauna , well equip with all you need lovely location and views 30 minute walk into the main area of hisaronu but only a few minutes by taxi a market just 5 min walk away with all you could need also . Altugs help and communication was great from booking to transfers to just simple questions of area made the whole experience easy , thankyou all for a great holiday experience .
