It has a private entrance, a private car garage, its own pool, and a private garden. Our villa is sheltered from the outside and enclosed. There is a BBQ area by the pool. Our villa has a parking lot for one vehicle. The entire place is reserved for you. Organized so you can have a solo vacation with your family. It has all the appliances, tools, and devices that a home should have. AC is available.

In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant.
