Furkan is an incredibly nice and attentive host. Always helpful at any time. Bed linen, hot water, salt, pepper... he helped to solve any problem right away. Separately, I want to say about the house, it is very cozy and is not on the roadway Beautiful pool and outdoor area where we had beautiful breakfasts. In general, if you want to relax with comfort and do not worry about anything, then this house is for you. Would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Had an amazing stay there and will definitely be coming back again

The villa was magnificent, we could only stay for a few days because our vacation was short, but we plan to come back at the first opportunity. This 3-room villa has everything you need, the rooms are very spacious, each room has a large balcony, bathroom, TV, etc👌. The room on the top floor also has a jacuzzi. The linens and everything else were clean. It has a very spacious garden and a very large pool. Every morning, the pool attendant came and cleaned the pool early.🙏 Fethiye is already a very beautiful place with its nature, sea and many features. There are many places to visit. The villa is about 5-6 minutes by car from Ölüdeniz. Babadağ cable car 3-4 minutes. I've vacationed in many places in the area, but this house was the best in every way ✅️ Ms. Arife responded to all our questions instantly, thank you again for your hospitality, we hope to see you as soon as possible

Yılmaz's place was stunning, The decor was great and modern, everything was clean and ready to use. Everything was as described if not more impressive in person. Yılmaz was a wonderful host, helping us check in, and showed us around. He provided local recommendations, and any issues we had he was proactive in resolving. If you are looking for a stunning villa with easy access to Fethiye (great shopping and restaurants) or tons of fabulous beaches then definitely book with Naciye! He is the kindest man...so helpful and accommodating. His villa is pristine and plenty big enough for 6 people. It's also lovely with great mountain views. The pool is seen to every morning. Its a short stroll to the local town for anything need and/or bars & restaurants. We didn't bother hiring a car as we made friends with a local taxi driver who dropped/pick us up from the beaches (very cheaply). We can't wait to return and really had an amazing time at this villa!

The room is very clean, the swimming pool is large, there is a table, the kitchen is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable

Very good villa, which matches the pictures. You definitely have privacy and everything is clean and tidy. Some criticisms for us would be that the pool was not heated and on some days was a little too cold at the end of May. The path to the villa leads over a gravel path that could be expanded. But otherwise, if you rented a car, really a very nice villa and a nice landlord with Arif. I'd love to come back.

The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

The house is 7-8 minutes by car from the center of Ölüdeniz, you go uphill a little bit, but there is no vehicle noise around, you can only hear the sounds of birds, the house was clean and tidy, the host was very interested, thank you for everything

We’ve had a great stay in Mehmet’s villa. This place is really beautiful, nice and clean. It’s close to all the attractions, bars and shops . We will be back.

An idyllic villa in complete peace. We stayed here for 3 months in winter and it brought us exactly what we went for, peace, calm and beautiful nature surroundings. The villa is huge, the pool we didn’t use as it was winter but the pool views and pool area is lovely. The house has everything you need, we did however need to buy duvets and bedding as these weren’t provided. As we went in winter we had an issue with the hot water for around 3 weeks but it was later fixed. The locals are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Asim who is always available for anything you need. The village itself is small but sufficient for small food shops, rotisserie chicken, drinks etc. Fethiye town centre is approx 20 mins drive so not far at all and we preferred to live outside of the busy town. All in all, if you or your family are looking for a place to stay, I’d highly recommend this villa. We had a great time here and will definitely come back one day! :)

It was a very convenient, pleasant home for crowded holidays. Having a pool was a big plus for us. It was among the benefits of having air conditioning in every room and 5 bathrooms. The sea was within walking distance, it would be perfect if it were a little closer. Overall, we were very happy. Mr. Ramazan and his son Mustafa were very caring hosts. Thank you again.

Great place to stay love it

Villa was as perfect as described. Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly sized! Pool area was spacious and had the extra treat of a newborn kitten family around the area! Grounds were constantly looked after even during our stay and the villa was clean and spotless upon arrival. Washing facilities were extremely helpful and convenient. great communication from the owner at all times. location of villa is perfect with only a 5 minute walk to the main strip yet far enough away to not hear the noise! would definitely recommend to anyone and will stay again for sure!

Mr. Erkan is a very kind, very understanding and very caring host There's nothing to say about the cleanliness of the house, it's perfect Everything you can think of has been thought of in the house, we thought what was missing in the house, there is only a shoehorn, imagine such a house 😀 When we woke up in the morning, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants and peppers collected from the garden were in front of our door, which made us very happy. All the items in the house work perfectly If we have time, we'd like to come back.

Beautiful House. very spacious. it was clean, and regulated heat well so house did not feel boiling during peak heat periods. The pool is a great feature, being just below 5ft meant it accommodated our kids well. Fresh towels were a massive plus, between the beach and pool we ran theough towels quickly. Gökhan was very responsive and incredibly helpful. recommended and booked the best spa treatment we have ever had. Our flight got delayed and booking an extra day at the Villa was super easy and smooth. No stress. I cannot speal enough of how wonderful a villa this was. we look forward to coming back. Fethiye was a great hokiday and the Villa was a very uch integral part in making it so. Thank you so much Gökhan.

Firats villa is as beautiful as the photos. It is clean, modern and so many different areas to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor garden and pool. There are sun spots and shaded areas with an outdoor fan. It made us smile every day. It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach with shops and restaurants which we did comfortably. With the heat and if a bit slower walking I would suggest a taxi. Firat supplied details of a driver who was responsive and friendly and this helped greatly when needed. Would recommend to take a few basics like tea and coffee and washing up products if arriving out of the shopping hours. Firat responded quickly to any queries and is a great host!

This was a stunningly beautiful setting to stay. The outdoor space/view is wonderful to wake up to and to watch the ever changing light into the evening. Swimming each day surrounded by the mountains was fantastic. Furkan was on hand for any questions too and very supportive/helpful. If you want to escape somewhere beautiful this is the place.

Such a stunning, modern villa in a very secluded village Spacious and very well maintained and clean indoors and outdoors you will not be disappointed with the level of cleanliness on arrival Lovely outdoor pool with plenty of seating and lounging furniture with lots of surrounding space within the compound An absolutely amazing property with total privacy Kitchen equipment with functioning dishwasher and washing machine Host was available for any queries and responded immediately It is a must to hire car as you will struggle to get from where the house is to most amenities including grocers and other surrounding areas. Fethiye the closest area for most restaurants and tourism is around 20mins 14 km away taxi can charge around 600-700 liras so can add up very quickly so hired car is a must. Wifi is not the best and doesn’t reach all rooms in the home so you will need to have data available on your phone. Overall a fantastic stay, perfect for families- cannot wait to visit again
