This apartment is located in Fethiye Marina, which we call the most central point of Fethiye, and everything is within walking distance. The area where the apartments are located is closed to traffic and there are luxury cafes, restaurants and shopping stores. The boats you need to go to the 12 islands depart from the front of the apartments. The fish market is 5 minutes on foot, the bar street is 10 minutes on foot, Ölüdeniz and all minibuses are between 3-5 minutes on foot. Our apartment has a sea view, as shown in the pictures, and a wonderful sunset.

(It supplies its electricity from the solar panel and its water from the underground water source) The 1st floor is an open kitchen and living room and the 2nd floor is a double bedroom. If desired, the sofa on the 1st floor can be opened to accommodate up to 4 people. You can enjoy the small garden on the side of our villa, the terrace in front and the pool.

A Well furnitured house with a beautiful garden that is less than 30 meters walk to the Çalış beach where is famous for sunset. You can have time at Çalış beach, reach home in a minute to rest in a beautiful garden. There are nice cafes and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The buses, taxi office and water taxi to Fethiye are very close to home that you can travel very easily! There is also a free car park opposite the house.
