In the organ town of Waldkirch, on the edge of the southern Black Forest, in the suburb of Buchholz, in the middle of the old town (behind Anna's barn), another holiday gem: Anna's Orangery. After a high-quality renovation, the antique furniture in combination with modern design classics are spectacularly staged. Unfortunately, we are currently only allowed to host guests according to the current 2G rule. As of 22.01.2022 The fully equipped two-room luxury suite with 80 square meters of living space and a fenced private garden offers a unique luxury living experience. The box spring bed of the Wittmann manufactory with 2.00 x 2.10 m offers an unforgettable sleeping experience. Access to ANNA'S ORANGERY is via the romantic courtyard with an old walnut tree. In the private, secluded oranges and herb garden, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen with seating are available. The hostess of ANNA'S ORANGERY lives in the neighboring village and is always available for the wishes of the guests. Ines' accommodation is located in Waldkirch, Baden-Württemberg. Buchholz is a winegrowing village with four good winegrowers and a winegrowing cooperative, as well as great restaurants. Magnificent nature invites you to go hiking, biking and relaxing. Transport Buchholz is very easy to reach by S-Bahn from the main train station in Freiburg in 15 minutes. The nearest airport is in Mulhouse, 50 minutes away. A personal pick-up from the airport or from the train station is possible on request. The house rules for ANNA'S ORANGERY (as of 01. January 2018) 1. Please book all passengers as guests by name. There is a possibility that a child can sleep on the sofa, or we are happy to provide a Stokke cot with bedding and bedding. When using a side bed, you have some loss of space on the total area. 2. Only a guest who actually lives in ANNA'S ORANGERY may book. Third party bookings are not permitted. This means you can't book in their name and other guests are traveling. 3. Please bring your ID/ ID card with you at check-in and present it for inspection. At check-in, a registration form must be completed and signed in accordance with the statutory provisions. By signing the registration form, you confirm the correctness of your personal information, that you take note of the house rules, respect them and pay for any damage caused by you or a guest invited by you. 4. ANNA'S ORANGERY is exclusively available to our guests for their holidays. Further subletting is prohibited. Further visitors who stay overnight in the house are not allowed without prior registration. 5. Guests are entitled to share the WLAN within the scope of what is permitted by law. The WLAN network is currently designed for 30 GB data volume per month. In the event of a violation, criminal charges, warnings and invoices will be forwarded to the guest immediately and the damage will be invoiced. Parties are not allowed without permission from the hostess. 7. You are in a non-smoking house. Smoking is not allowed. The smoking ban extends to the entire house. This prohibition does not apply in the courtyard and on the outdoor terrace. 8. A campfire in the garden and courtyard is not allowed due to fire hazard. 9. Open fire, such as burning candles, must be constantly supervised. I expect my guests to abide by the rules and rest periods that apply everywhere, in accordance with the neighborhood. Between 10pm and 7am there is unnecessary noise in or around the house. 11. I expect you to handle the inventory provided respectfully and prudently. Any damage or loss incurred must be reported and replaced immediately. A current inventory list will be left to you at check-in. 12. The guest takes care of a perfectly cleaned house. During the rental period, the guest is responsible for cleaning himself. The final cleaning includes cleaning the floors, as well as cleaning bath & toilet, washing and changing bed linen, cleaning the windows and maintaining the garden. 13. The hostess reserves the right to water the plants around the house and garden on warm days in the early morning hours. It is ensured that no guest feels disturbed by it. 14. Pets, like dogs and cats are welcome with us. Please make sure that the house must not be marked and urine and faeces must be removed immediately. Pets are not allowed on the sofa or armchair and not in bed. 15. Of course, we will provide you with all the essentials upon your arrival. You will receive various towels, tea towels, cloth napkins, a generous initial supply of toilet paper, soap and shower detergent, cleaning and laundry detergent so that you can arrive relaxed. 16. ANNA'S ORANGERIE is a holiday home and not a hotel. Therefore, there is no breakfast, hand,- and bath towels are not changed daily, but spent for the duration of your stay. In the house there is a washing machine/tumble dryer, which you can of course use in a compatible setting. 17. Toilet paper and shower liquid will not be refilled during the stay. Please contact us if you need fresh linen or towels. We will of course help you if you need anything. 18. Please take off your shoes in the house if they are dirty, or even in the rain and snow. Close all windows, doors and the courtyard gate when you leave ANNA'S ORANGERY, and also close the wooden shutters on the terrace and at the entrance in the courtyard. Especially when it rains, make sure that the windows are closed, otherwise the rainwater will soon cause water damage to the wooden parquet floor. 20. In case of key loss, the guest pays for a replacement of the cylinders and the key in 3 copies. 21. We have a selection of wine, sparkling wine, beer and coffee capsules at your disposal at cost price. A price list for this is available. Please keep the money ready for consumption on the day of departure. 22. Waste separation: We would like to point out that the waste is separated with us. Plastic and Tetra Packs in the designated trash can with yellow sack. Paper in the Recycle Bin. Food leftovers in the compost bin with orange sack. Empty bottles in the copper basket. Deposit bottles are disposed of by the guest himself. 23. On the day before your arrival, please let us know in which time slot you will be arriving. Check-in is usually between 16:00 - 20:00 24. Please check out no later than 11.00 am on your day of departure. 25. We want to do everything we can to make you feel completely comfortable during your stay at ANNA'S ORANGERY. If there is anything to complain about, please give us the opportunity to change it immediately. Please do not complain afterwards if there is no possibility to change or improve anything. A tourist tax of €1.90 per day and per guest is required by law and paid in cash upon arrival. In this price, all train, bus and team trips within a radius of 60 km per guest are free of charge. Museums and swimming pools in Waldkirch are also free of charge.
