Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sévrier

Avec ma compagne ,seul mot nous vient à l’esprit : merci. Merci pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse. Vos conseils, tant pour les visites que pour les bonnes adresses culinaires à Annecy, ont été précieux et ont grandement enrichi notre séjour. Merci également de nous avoir permis de déposer nos bagages avant l’heure du check-in, un geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Votre logement, à la fois cosy et parfaitement pensé, nous a immédiatement séduits. Grâce à vous, cette escapade à Annecy a été un véritable enchantement, à tous points de vue. C’est donc tout naturellement que nous vous attribuons la meilleure note : nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Et c’est sans hésitation que nous ferons appel à vous lors de notre prochaine venue à Annecy. À très bientôt

Séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable ! L'appartement était très calme, et la vue, absolument époustouflante. L'accueil de Nathalie était chaleureux, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable et l'agencement bien pensé de l'appartement. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement !

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

We had a fantastic stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was well appointed with great design features. The location was great for easy access to the town and the lake. We used the bikes that were available too. We would certainly look to return on a future visit to Annecy.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Très bel appartement cosy paisible donnant sur côté parc avec une belle vue lac à l’ombre pour les journées de forte chaleur très appréciable. Tout y est fait pour un séjour agréable, la Clim est un vrai plus. Équipements de qualité (cuisine, salle de bain) et les lits très confortables. Merci à Sylvie la propriétaire et à Carole qui nous a reçu pour leur amabilité et leur accueil.

Le logement est d'une propreté impeccable, il y a tout le confort et l'environnement est magnifique et calme. Hôte très réactive, je recommande et compte bien y revenir.

We loved staying at Anne’s place, the house is beautiful and designed very well. The pictures don’t do it justice, the garden is lush and beautiful and the views of the forrest are magical. She was communicating very well and was always available, even left us an amazing gift upon arrival. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Élisabeth et Frédéric : location propre, pratique, très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du spa face à la montagne. Tout était parfait, même la météo! Élisabeth et Frédéric étaient de très bons conseils et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison situé sur la route d’Annecy, tout près d’un loueur de vélo, près du lac. Je recommande :)

J’ai réservé le logement de Marie-Christine pour faire ma demande en mariage à mon conjoint, et la surprise a été au rendez-vous ! Je vous recommande ce logement les yeux fermés : tout était parfait !

La maison est très agréable et confortable, décorée avec soin. On se sent comme chez soi, avec le dépaysement en plus. Le lieu est calme et reposant. Le balcon, avec sa vue magnifique sur lac et montagne est un régal pour les yeux. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à disposition. Merci Chantal et à sa voisine pour son accueil à notre arrivée et notre départ.

Un séjour incroyable face aux montagnes. Le logement est bien équipé et parfaitement décoré. De plus, Florence et Eric sont réactifs et très arrangeants.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

I had the most wonderful stay with Laure! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish — she really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was absolutely perfect — peaceful and safe, yet just minutes away from shops, cafés, and transport links. It made getting around so convenient, whether I was exploring or just relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully kept, and full of thoughtful little touches that made such a difference. It was quiet, cozy, and had such a calming energy — I genuinely looked forward to coming back every evening. Laure is an amazing host — kind, attentive, and respectful of your space. Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
