Everything was perfect: value for money, cleanliness of the apartment, Marjorie's responsiveness, ... I recommend it for a couple with 1 or 2 children for example.

The accommodation is very nice, spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, it's perfect. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, quick access to the lake. Old Town Annecy is a 10-minute drive away. An excellent restaurant within walking distance of the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien hosted us very well. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

Great little place in a brilliant location for skiing in Carroz. I stayed with my 2 young sons and it was perfect for 4 days skiing. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom and shower small but perfect. Great shower! Large balcony and lots of natural light enhanced our stay and the great heating, blinds and soundproofing made our stay comfortable and quiet.

Very nice apartment, clean, spacious, plenty of storage. Nice pool. Return and departure with skis on. Negative: no washing machine contrary to the listing. Spacious terrace… in the shade. Given the difference in height, it's more like a 10-minute walk, very steep, to reach the station! Not suitable for young children. Concierge, from another era! - You have to pick up the keys at the agency - 0 flexibility for check-in time, agency open from 5pm to 7pm (funny to aim for a check-in time with traffic jams), - rental of baby chair and baby bed for a fee… to be picked up at the agency (convenient when the car is full!) - shower blocked on arrival. 2 days after reporting, we ended up cleaning the disgusting amounts of hair in the pipes ourselves. Not an apology, not a regret from the agency. - 3 towels on arrival, there were 4 of us. The concierge puts the extra towels at our disposal… at the agency! We had a great night. The accommodation is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub. The romantic theme has been respected and it really is very beautiful.

Great stay at Natacha's who was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is nice, well-equipped and well-insulated. The only downside for PRMs is that the adapted bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs: if your transfers are difficult, consider installing a bed downstairs. ;)

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely stay of a week. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is well located, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

We spent a weekend in a little paradise, the cottage as well as the facilities offered and the setting is just ideal for spending a wonderful time with family or friends! The hosts are responsive to any requests and friendly as well as Valery "the caretaker" who was delighted to find the cottage in good condition on her arrival! A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

We had a great weekend at this place. The house was as described, and very clean. A real moment of happiness to be able to enjoy the large garden and sun (ping pong, pétanque,etc.) ideal for relaxing before the marathon. Beautiful apartment, clean with neat and not outdated amenities. Quiet, and magnificent views of MontBlanc. Well heated and parking spaces downstairs from the building. Ability to walk to the city center. Very friendly welcome and good tips. Very pleasant stay, we will probably be back.

Excellent stay. Very well located and pleasant. Close to ski slopes on foot by bus or even by car to avoid carrying skiing on the shoulders. Valerie is very responsive. Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.
