Quiet and ideally located studio in Annecy Seynod, 5 min drive to downtown Annecy, 15 min bus to the train station, 30 min walk to downtown, 30 min drive to skiing. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Multiple parking spaces on site. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if necessary.

Nice little haven of peace ….

Relax in this quiet and comfortable accommodation. 400 meters from the beach on foot, exceptional view of the Tournette. 2 pretty bedrooms upstairs with a nice bathroom, walk-in shower with a separate toilet. 2 pretty shaded terraces. The property is fully enclosed with secure gate and beautiful hedges that are always maintained. 2 parking spaces. This accommodation is adjoining that of the owner who will welcome you with all the kindness that characterizes him.

Family house 3*, feet in the water

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

Great bourgeois house in a quiet area of the village of Sevrier, ideal for spending holidays with family or friends. Located 2 km from Annecy, with a view of the mountains. You will appreciate its proximity to the lake with its beaches and bike path that goes around the lake (loan of bikes). Large terrace for lunch, in the sunshine or under the pergola, with plancha, barbecue, and a garden for playing.
