WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Five days in the Annecy region and the location of this cottage was fantastic. Close to everything, yet quiet. Upon arrival everything was extremely clean and Paul was super easy to reach with questions. The pool was still a little too cold for our 1-year-old child upon arrival, but Paul turned up the heating a little higher without any problems. For a couple who wants to explore the region around the lake, this is a wonderful place to stay.

We have stayed in many Airbnb places and this absolutely stood out. Quite exceptional quality and everything we needed.

We had a very nice week in St. Jorioz. The apartment did not disappoint us on the whole and we felt very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the large table and sofa perfect for working, relaxing, playing games or watching movies. Communication with the hosts was also smooth and very friendly. There were five of us there, and that worked, but the four of us are probably even more comfortable. There are also vacuum cleaners, wipers, etc., to clean a bit in between, which we also loved. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be enough toilet paper, dish soap, batteries for remote control and things like oil and spices, because it's hard to bring your own if you're traveling without a car. In addition, the apartment is intended for very quiet vacationers. We didn't have a party or anything, and were still too loud for the neighbors. But overall it was great! Thanks!

Amazing place; stayed with my family including 2 kids aged 5 and 9; Agnès and John personally welcomed us to their home. The house is ideally located in Saint Jorioz which is about 15 mins from Annecy, local bike rental and lake side beach for swimming. Will definitely come back.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay. The house looks exactly like the photos and is located in a quiet and relaxing environment. The lake view is beautiful. The host is very responsive which makes my communication much easier. I would recommend it 100%.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi that offers stunning views of the mountains. Everything was as advertised, even better, with very welcoming hosts! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing time in the heart of nature. We will come back without hesitation!

Sophie was accommodating, welcoming and gave good tips for activities and dining spots nearby. The house is ideally located, 2 minute walk to the lake, playground, beach, shops... Comfort is assured. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and nicely decorated. We had a pleasant stay and will keep the address carefully!

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

Exceptional and beautiful place because of its park and location. Really caring owners. One downside, all the bedding is not great, especially a 140 bed, otherwise very pleasant to live in, I recommend it.
