Superb accommodation, small but perfectly furnished and very clean. It is literally 2 minutes from the train station, and 5 minutes from Lake Annecy, the location is perfect. And Philippe is unfailingly available and responsive. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a great time in this charming apartment with amazing views of the slopes . Once parked at the foot of the chalet , it's all about walking . The rifroids track is in the immediate vicinity to reach the ski lifts ... The owner was very nice and available ... I recommend this rental without hesitating?!

Clean and pleasant accommodation 2 steps from the train station and quiet despite this proximity. The city center is a 10-minute walk away, great location. The elevator is very convenient for going up and down with luggage. Thank you Christelle for your availability

Thank you to Michel for hosting us in his beautiful apartment very well located for our first time in the seizures! ( slopes , shops, restaurants, childcare , ski school...everything is very easily accessible on foot from this accommodation . the apartment is very pleasantly decorated, very warm and very convenient, both for young and old ( we came with a 2 and a half year old girl) access to the indoor and heated swimming pool (+ hammam sauna etc. ) located 2 floors below is really a plus to end a good day of skiing! Only small detail that " bothered " us: the fact that the bed in the master bedroom consists of 2 Mattresses of 80 adjoining the same box spring . ( it's more a matter of taste than a real problem and it was clearly stated on the listing) Everything else was perfect! To top it all off, the interaction with Michel was very easy and very courteous so thank you again!

We spent five days at Damien's apartment. He was very responsive by message, flexible and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, well-equipped and well-decorated. We were not disappointed, on the contrary. Access to the pool was very nice, we were able to enjoy it. In addition, the apartment is really just a few steps from the lake, where a beautiful walk awaits us. In short, we highly recommend this listing! Thank you so much.

This is our second visit to the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week despite the snow conditions. The skiing season is getting shorter each year. However, we were able to ski on a sunny day to Les Saisies from Crest Voland. The walks in the mountains around us are magnificent. The residence is well located and within walking distance of all amenities. The Sherpa shop was well stocked. The apartment is attractive, clean and well equipped. Thank you!

Great stay with friends. The place is beautiful and so peaceful ,located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by fields it is an ideal place to refocus and recharge The weather being on our side , we were able to take advantage of the terrace in the sun to do our yoga sessions with a view of nature. We enjoyed the relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna and hammam; the materials and decor were tastefully chosen and encouraged to relax Our place was cozy and comfortable We also liked to have space to park our vehicles in a enclosure secured by a gate The Welcome was very pleasant We were unable to meet Chantal but nevertheless the message communication was very good and she had programmed our welcome by a third person we will definitely retain this address for a future yoga stay, relaxation

Beautiful and spacious loft with all the needed equipments and facilities for a comfortable stay. The heated indoor pool is a fantastic asset which makes the accommodation unique. The loft is at walking distance to a few shops for the day-to-day essentials and the beach of Sevrier, which offers a few restaurants and a small playground. Other restaurants, activities and supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car or bike. The hosts are very responsive, great communication overall!

Very good stay, Véronique and her husband are very welcoming and pleasant hosts. Thanks for the Savoy biscuit and jam. Note their extreme kindness towards our 2 children. I highly recommend this listing!
