Monthly Rentals in Sevilla Este, Seville

A very nice place, it is as shown in the photos, very comfortable to be with the family, restaurants and transportation nearby, in a very nice area, we hope to stay here again.

I would definitely recommend this place which is even prettier than in the photos. Spacious, well-equipped and above all very clean, you will have a great stay without any problems. Supermarket, restaurant, children's playground, swimming pool in the summer and above all a parking space. The accommodation is close to the city center by car and for those who are not vehicled, there are buses that pass just below the accommodation. Thanks also to the person who welcomed us and was very accommodating for the arrival time.

I recommend it more than more than more, super clean apartment, tidy with all amenities nearby. We appreciated the information from Désirée which allowed us to go to Seville by train and bus. We'll be back without hesitating. Post-script: the underground parking is a plus

Ana Maria is a wonderful host! We felt like at home and despite language differences we felt taken care of and all our needs or questions were answered. We even learnt some Spanish! Apartment has everything you need and the space is very clean. We loved the big modern bathroom and privacy that Ana Maria provided for us.
