Monthly Rentals in Sevilla Este, Seville

Natasja is a good host, we worked it out, she's friendly. The apartment is located in a good location, not far from the attractions of Seville, not far from public transport, shops nearby are well stocked. The only downside to us seems to be a private patio, we had a different idea of its size. It's very tiny, but the laundry can be dried. We stayed for a whole month and are very happy with this stay.

I would definitely recommend this place which is even prettier than in the photos. Spacious, well-equipped and above all very clean, you will have a great stay without any problems. Supermarket, restaurant, children's playground, swimming pool in the summer and above all a parking space. The accommodation is close to the city center by car and for those who are not vehicled, there are buses that pass just below the accommodation. Thanks also to the person who welcomed us and was very accommodating for the arrival time.

The apartment meets all needs and expectations, super clean, tidy, everything in good condition, very nice and cozy. Desirée has been a great host, super attentive, very accessible, and of course she does everything she can to make your stay really worth repeating!!!

The room was really very nice and as described in the pictures, we felt very comfortable right away. Also a large smart TV, a clean and modern bathroom and a cozy bed are included. Beautiful set up and decor. It is located just outside the city so you can't do much in the immediate vicinity and it should be noted that there is a bar directly below so in the evening it can be noisy.
