We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Our road is quiet almost silent except for sheep, cows & seagulls! Garden room has king size OR 2 singles -shower room & heating. Tea/coffee/Courtyard space, bistro seating. A delightful self contained annexe with own entrance nestling at the foot of the South Downs, a stroll away from the Old Town of Eastbourne with its array of pubs/eating places. The main town of Eastbourne is a 20 minute walk away and for the energetic you can be on the Downs in matter of moments. Fully refurbished for 2024. The annexe offers a double bed, lounge area with smart TV. Dining table for 2 which doubles as a work space with USB charging points. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room.

Woodlands cabin is set in a peaceful garden surrounded by conifer trees and singing birds with a private and secluded patio area.The cabin is adjacent to the property but still maintains its privacy. The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. The Seven Sisters Cliff tops are just a 15 minute walk away tourist spots. One well behaved dog is welcome £10

East Hoathly has a pub, coffee shop and village shop a 10 min walk away or 1 min drive.

Garden Lodge, surrounded by garden and countryside

Garden Lodge is situated just off the South Downs Way on the edge of Alfriston village. Sited in the back garden of the main house there is access to a private patio area and to the garden. There is farm land bordering the property with views to the Downs. Numerous pubs, hotels and shops are just five minutes walk away in the village centre. It is very dark here at night so if you are not accustomed to it, think about bringing a torch.

The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
