Meads high street runs parallel, where you can enjoy marvellous coffee shops, restaurants, two local pubs with stunning gardens and a supermarket. There is ample free parking closeby, plus excellent bus and rail links to Eastbourne town centre, Brighton, Hastings and further.

A cosy artist's studio on the edge of the Old Town area of Eastbourne below the South Downs, 2 miles from the sea. The studio has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet) There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle opening on to a tiny patio. It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.
