We had a great stay. Very peaceful and quiet, with pretty wooded surroundings. The kids loved the pools. Joao was friendly, chilled out and helpful.

Javier is a great host with a very friendly attitude. The place is very cozy and private. 100% worth the price. I can't recommend this place more if you want to spend good time at Sesimbra.

We had a wonderful stay at Moradia com piscina Costa da Caparica. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well- equipped felt like we were in home. Ana was a great host, always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here!

Rita is the best hostess one could ask for. She answered every problem or question within a few minutes, was always available and gave many great tips and suggestions for our stay. It doesn't get any better than that. In addition, she is a very nice and warm person.

The house is quite new and spacious. All bedrooms have A/C, although there was no need to use it. The beaches were just over a 20 minute drive away. In general, I recommend the house for its comfort and design.

We had a great time staying with André. You don't have to tell much about the view. The way to the beach is pretty much 1.2km at 120 meters. Down with child and Kraxe 15 minutes, high 20 to 25. We had a rental car and were very happy about it. There is a lot to discover by car. Especially a nice bathing lagoon for the little ones 20 minutes further away. But the nature parks for hiking are also easily accessible by car. André was super nice and accommodating, even speaks fluent German and the apartment is rustic but clean and well equipped. But the rommelsbach coffee grinder doesn't seem to exist anymore! Even if you're interested. Otherwise, beach utensils such as parasol, wind catch and buckets, etc. So everything tip top for us! We will be happy to come back!

A really nice place in south lisbon. The wonderful beaches of arrabida are just around the corner, and the pool is really well conceived. Althought renting a car is mandatory

Located in a quiet residential area, this townhouse is clean and very well-equipped. Marisa is very responsive and gave us some good information about sightseeing in the area. The children enjoyed the pool(depth ranging from 1.25 to 1.85 m). We had a very good stay there.

The place was very cosy and cute. Dinning area was excellent to spend time with family. Bedrooms cosy and warm. We had a good sleep. Kitchen was spacious and well equipted. It got everything from breakfast to super to cook by myself. Very good utensils. Washing machine works not so loudly and got drying option, which is really good for family with kids. The host was very responsive, quick to answer all the questions. Really great experiance in Lisbon.

We felt at home immediately and the kids started to play with the games Maria left for us. The location is great and we liked to walk and spend the day at the beach, the swimming pool is also very nice with a grassy area and we liked to spend few hours there when it was too hot at the beach. The room and bathrooms are spacious and the air-conditioned is very welcome for a chilled afternoon nap. The kitchen is very well equipped and we used to buy our food from the small supermercado which is within walking distance. The whole area is very quiet, it's clean and everyone is very kind

A brilliant house for our needs (two couples and a 2 yr old). We loved the area so much - breathtaking natural beaches, and friendly locals. It would be a treat to come again.

Everything was great, house is mint with high end finishing, the beds were comfier than the other places we stayed. also, provided coffee for us. if you want to stay outside of the hustle and bustle it was amazing. the beach at Costa da capricora has amazing restaurants and was fun to explore which was a quick drive. transit is close by. the host is very welcoming and transparent.

A family home, very spacious and cozy! Well located, and easy check-in with several instructions inside the house. Although the weather was not so favorable we had a very good stay. Definitely an experience to repeat in the summer !

The stay at the house was very positive, the village where it is located is very special, full of fishermen, the house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, it rained and we went inside but there was time before using the bbq and we were very comfortable. Everything was clean and good, I would definitely stay in the same house again!
