Vacation rentals with beach access in Setúbal

It was a treat to meet Beate in person at check in. Apartment was exactly as described and very quiet (one could hear some music from a nearby club but this was only on Friday and Saturday evenings) and not too disruptive. New Year Eve’s concert and Setúbal bay fireworks were literally less than 300m away and all for free . Great restaurants catering for all budgets immediately near and further afield. Selection is endless. The winter weather was spectacular which made enjoying the beaches a treat. Beate was so friendly and accommodating with any request. Highly recommended stay. We stayed for 7 nights over New Years.

Lovely apartment. Spacious, wonderfully light, well equipped. Overlooking the fishing port, and less than a 7-minute walk from the large covered market with more than 50 market stalls and particularly many tasty types of fish.

The apartment is very nice. It's comfortable, nice, beautiful and generally quiet. We had a problem with the coffee maker and within a few hours they changed it for us, they were always attentive. Something I also liked is that the apartment has blinds, which is important if, like me, you like to sleep in the dark. For me, the bed was a bit soft, but I understand it's a matter of personal taste. A chest of drawers in the bedroom would be appreciated to be able to store clothes, because if you go for a few days it would be more comfortable to be able to unpack your suitcase. Otherwise, we were very comfortable in the accommodation. And it's great to have Bonfim Park right there!!! Thank you!

Amazing place for short or long term stay (we've stayed for 1 month). The location is quiet and there is a lovely cafe 3mins away. If working remotely - the internet is very fast (750Mbps). The hosts are very friendly and responsive, the hospitality is top-notch!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful and in a fabulous location. Great amenities in the unit, great restaurants a few steps away. We highly recommend!! The hosts, Yair and Sara were so friendly. Book this place!!

Great flat in an awesome location. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay. The apartment is well equipped and modern decorated. Couch could be a little more spoofed - you sink in . Also the bed is a little small for two , but that’s just because we use to sleep in a more larger one. Everything you need is close by. All in all a great experience and recommended for a short stay in Setubal.

It is a lovely place to stay and a good walking distance to the city center as well as the beach. Can definitely recommend the place and perfect also to park a car in front of the house.

Very kind host ! Always responded. We had to change the time of arrival last minute due to an emergency and he was so accommodating. Parking on street was a little full some times but we always found a spot.

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Marc’s place. The house is exactly as shown in the photos – beautifully decorated and thoughtfully restored – but the surrounding atmosphere and views go far beyond what you can expect from pictures alone. The house has a charming rustic character that reflects a deep respect for its original architecture. Every detail feels authentic and carefully preserved, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that makes you feel at home. Liuba and her husband are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They keep the house in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. It’s clear they take great pride in the space, and it truly shows. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene escape with character, comfort, and outstanding hospitality :)

This is an amazing home, completely private, great amenities like very large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room with dining table for 8 people, fire place and large patio with fruit trees and chairs to really enjoy the outdoors. Great location, just next to the castle where we enjoyed several beautiful sunsets and even had dinner at the castle restaurant. We were greeted by Doris which is a delightful person, we had several conversation and shared coffee together. Without a doubt, an excellent experience. We’re returning soon.

Cristina's house is fantastic, especially because Cristina is your host. She was attentive to us at all times, solving any problems that might arise, and that gives you great peace of mind, especially when traveling as a family with elderly people and children, as was our case. We had a problem with the kitchen and she arrived instantly to fix it. Even with the construction next door, she was always attentive to make sure it bothered us as little as possible. The house is as described and seen in the photos. It's not a new house, but it's very well maintained. The house was very clean and above all the kitchen was impeccable and with all the kitchenware in the world. It's a perfect house for 10/12 people. On the ground floor there is a room with 2 beds and upstairs there are three double beds and two small ones with trundle beds. The pool is perfect and the beautiful beach next door is a 5-minute walk away. Two cars can be parked at the entrance and there is room for more around.

The stay was very enjoyable. The house is fantastic, with all the amenities needed and very comfortable for larger stays. It is located in a rather quiet area, very close to the beach and to good restaurants. O Paulo was always very helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend it.

Great experience in the old town. Modern studio flat is very nice with the very important option of AC! The host is lovable Artist and very well acknowledged with surroundings and many parts of the world! Overall 5 🌟

Isa’s place was great! We had a nice visit in Setubal for New Year’s Eve and several car trips to the surrounding area. We highly recommend Isa’s place and she was a great host.

We felt very comfortable! It was a fantastic vacation, with an incredibly beautiful beach. The place was as described, we didn't miss anything. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Esperança welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything right away. She was always very helpful and gave us great tips. We would come back any time. It was a completely successful vacation. Thank you for everything. 🫶

Amazing Location. Truly a very special place. So well located for local restaurants and beautiful beaches. Comporta is a short drive away and the ferry over to Setubal is easy and cheap. All round 10/10

Very good accommodation, large enough for 4 people, very clean, on the ground floor of a residence with about 75 apartments spread over 3 buildings around a large garden and a very beautiful and large swimming pool. The place is right across the pool which is convenient for kids. The only downside is the road just behind the body of water. This is the only road on the peninsula so a lot of traffic and therefore a lot of noise. The managers are very responsive and accommodating. They really want everything to go smoothly for hosts. The beach nearby is beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at Carla’s place. The location of the apartment is super, with an amazing view over the ocean and walking distance to the beach. The apartment is also very large and private, excellent for with a family.
