Vacation rentals in Seth Ward

Once again we enjoyed a long stay at the Cozy Cottage. We love the location, size of house, backyard and Jaime is super helpful! Would stay again !

This is our second time to stay here. It was spotless, had everything we needed, and David is always responsive and helpful. The beds were comfy and the showers were hot! Thank you, David!

The Fig Tree Cottage was exactly what we were looking for to visit our son at Texas Tech. Beds were so very comfortable and the big updated bathroom and shower was wonderful!! Kitchen had everything we needed as we prefer to cook most meals. Grocery store just a few blocks away is a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well as the back yard. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

House was very comfortable, equipped and clean! Will definitely try to book again next time I’m in Lubbock!

The place was beautiful and peaceful. We held a family event and it worked out perfect and they loved the place. The scenery was perfect!! Can’t wait to go back again.

Gem of a house! ☀️The house has a beautiful view of the canyon. ☀️ It’s very clean. ☀️ Lots of fun entertainment options for families inside the house. My kids loved the skee ball machine and the adults enjoyed playing cards on the card table. The only annoying thing was the amount of to-do’s before check out.

Steven called to inform me the home was ready early if I needed to check in, which was really nice. I love the area and the home itself was clean, decorated wonderfully and my family felt very comfortable.

So cute and definitely a good bang for the great accommodations! The decor was spot on and the renovations were done beautifully. We will definitely try to stay again.
