Monthly Rentals in Setagaya City

Apartment was just right for two, a quiet neighbourhood, nearby Gotokuji Temple. The bed is very (too) soft, hairdryer works like wonder for both of us girls. Everything else was great, nothing much to comment about.

Staying at Mari’s place was great. It’s a quiet bit of Shimokitazawa right around the corner from the Train station making it really easy to get back after all day out in Tokyo. The property itself matches the description and pictures, and was clean and orderly when I arrived. Checking in was easy with clear instructions as was checking out. The bathroom was a bit small but as expected from a small Tokyo apartment of this sort. I bumped my knees/toes a few time but I figured it out. All in all I would stay again in one of their properties just for the location alone.

We loved our stay. The neighborhood is like a little Beverly Hills. A lot of high quality restaurants and wonderful markets. We found a fun karaoke bar right next door called Jungle Jim. We recommend going there. It’s not intimidating. We had a blast. The train station was near by (2 min walk) and plenty of coffee shops around. A Seven Eleven is next door too. Convenient. The place has a large kitchen table so we had a nice dinner at home one night with our Japanese friends.

Our stay was lovely! Location is only 2 stations away from Shibuya which is convenient for traveling around Tokyo! Host was super friendly and helpful, she gave lots of wonderful recommendations and was really understanding when I’ve requested for a late check out. She goes above and beyond for her guests. Her place feels homey as well, we stayed 4 pax even my parents loved it there as it was peaceful than staying at a hotel in city center 😅 Overall would definitely recommend and come back when staying in Tokyo again!
