We renovated an old house that was originally a tea room for Airbnb. The architect is Saeko Yamada. It is a small space of about 10 tsubo, but it is a historic old house wrapped in soft and colorful light, and I hope you will have an experience that sharpens your various senses. It is a quiet residential area, so only those who follow the house rules can use it. There are many things that are dangerous for children, so we do not allow children under 13 years old, including infants. My house is very clean and comfortable space, also complete with kitchen appliances. Full equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds for up to 6 adults ( One queen bed, one wild double size sofa bed and 2 single beds ). All rooms have air conditioner that can be used in all seasons. Dining table. Nice modern wash-let toilet and a big bathtub in shower room with a powerful shower. You will have the room all for yourself. It is NOT shared unlike many other airbnbs in Shinjuku area.
