Monthly Rentals in Sestano

Absolute gem 10 minutes ride from Arezzo! We spent here whole month, working remotely and taking few days off. Anna gave us precise instructions how to find the apartment, it was self-checkin, so everything was very smooth. This apartment was crystal clean when we came, it has everything you need for long-term stay: fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, full size table. There is a small living room combined with kitchen, but it was totally sufficient for having some rest after a long day. Bathroom is very spacious and super clean - there is also a washing machine with detergents, also external clothes dryer. Bedroom has big comfy bed with comfortable sheets - we really felt like home here. Regarding work, the internet was sometimes slower, but we were both able to work concurrently during the day. Overall, it was amazing experience, this apartment is at great spot, 2-mins from highway, 10 mins from Arezzo, 1min walk there is bar/coffee/shop. Thank you very much!

It is a real nest, the location as well as being in the middle of beautiful views and also very convenient to visit Siena and Arezzo. Although the peculiarity is certainly the hills to visit by car, with pleasant suggestions from the host. Fully serviced apartment, well-kept and clean. Also easy with the spaces, the comfortable bed (not a given) and the super clean bathroom. Nothing to say, super welcoming, super convenient location and super comfortable.

Had a perfect stay at this beautiful apartment in the lovely San Gusme village. Elvira was an amazing host, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Had some amazing local recommendations and was overall a faultless host. The village and scenery is unbelievable with plenty to do nearby - we rented a car which I do heavily recommend as the location is somewhat remote. Zero complaints!! Camilla is a perfect host, kind and super helpful. Perfect house, surrounded by nature, in typical Tuscan style. Ideal place to treat yourself to some healthy relaxation. Clean rooms with all the necessary comforts.
