The Apple Shed @ Rose Cottage

The Apple Shed is a luxury stay in the heart of North Yorkshire, easy driving distance to Ripon, Thirsk, Harrogate & York. We’ve recently (2021) renovated an apple store and stable in our garden into a beautiful space. You can spot the restored apple picking ladders and exposed bricks from the original building. Located in the heart of Dishforth Village it’s walking distance a village drinking pub and a five minute drive to the award winning Crab & Lobster restaurant and The Angel at Topcliffe.

The Little Parsonage renovated ground floor annex

Conveniently located between Easingwold and Boroughbridge and just 10mins off the A1, The Little Parsonage is a recently renovated 3 double bedroom ground floor annex. Located on the edge of Brafferton village, we are family and pet friendly (well behaved). The village offers 2 pubs and a butchers within walking distance and the city of York is just 15 miles away. Whether you are here to visit friends, attend a local wedding or explore North Yorkshire we are a perfectly located home from home.

The Annexe - a cosy bolthole for the Dales & Moors

Situated in the Vale of York between the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, this cosy, modern guest annexe is in a central village location with excellent transport links. The suite has private access, contactless check-in via key-safe and off-street parking. There is a comfortable double bed, sofabed (these are in the same room) Freeview TV, mini fridge, crockery and cutlery for a night in with a takeaway, alternatively there are three pubs within easy walking distance serving pub grub.

The Cobbler's Cottage

Nestled in the scenic North Yorkshire village of Sessay, this charming former cobbler's cottage offers a spacious retreat. Inside, you'll find a wood-burning stove, TV, Blu-ray player, and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, and a washing machine. Step outside to a private patio complete with a dining area and barbecue. Plus, we warmly welcome one well-behaved pet, so you can bring your furry friend along if you desire.

The Nook - Hidden gem, secluded, peaceful, modern.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

Lovely 2 bed flat in the centre of Boroughbridge.

Grantham Flat is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat situated in the heart of Boroughbridge. Spacious & stylishly decorated, with free wifi & parking. Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pots. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed & one with a single & pull out plus comfy lounge & large TV.

Kilburn Chicken Cottage

Opened in 2018, dog-friendly Kilburn Chicken Cottage has been hosting guests from all over the world. With one of the highest Airbnb ratings in the area, parents and children alike have loved coming to stay to look after their own flock of hens. This 3 bedroom cottage is situated in the beautiful North Yorkshire village of Kilburn, with fast EV charging in Thirsk nearby. You're spoilt for choice when it comes to great views, great food and entertaining hens.

The Salt House Cottage, Pilmoor

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.

The Den at Husthwaite Gate

The Den is cosy and comfortable and offers great accommodation for up to 6 guests (adults and children). It is a cleverly and sympathetically converted building on a site which was originally a sidings for the local railway station (closed in 1960's). Materials were up-cycled giving a special timber interior but benefits from up to date fittings and technology It is on a private and tranquil site in open countryside with great views and lovely walks.
