This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Frankly welcoming for a fantastic stay

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.

We delighted in our stay at Marcelo's place. His and Donna's renovation of a medieval, in-town house is impeccable. A substantial degree of professional interior design is evident in the minimalism, yet all works flow historically. The lower-level spa and sauna are hedonistic yet blend beautifully with the rustic ambiance. The technology underlying the works is largely absent from view - yet functional. The first floor features a kitchen which will not disappoint an avid chef. The sitting area is minimalist but softened by clever, "soft" upholstery choices, cushions and comforting throws. Selective sculpture and objects d'art complete the picture. The surface treatment of walls is superb, as if revealing centuries of habitation in layers, each agreeing with one another in terms of tone and pallet. The rendering and paint work is first rate. For the aesthete and practical traveller alike, Marcelo's place offers a considered, curated view into the past embraced by the present.

Sergio's place is fantastic and Sergio is a great host! I almost don't want to say how wonderful our experience was, for fear it will be hard to get in the future. The location is walkable to anywhere you want to be in Florence. The apartment is spacious and having two bathrooms was convenient. Sergio was incredibly responsive and just gave you the sense he was there to make your trip great. This was our first time to Italy and it is going to be hard to find places in other locations that live up to the standard Sergio and his place set.

Absolutely amazing place and Elettra is ready with recommendations on everything and also offered to take on one of the trips she talked about. Cheap and really amazing place up on a small mountain. You have to drive to everything, and you don't have to get in a large SUV because the roads are small. Our Volvo XC90 had to back up and give way quite a few times.

One of the highlights is the location: the apartment is located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the main points of interest, with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport easily accessible on foot. The owner was extremely helpful, ready to respond to our every request and to provide useful tips about the area.

Thr communication began as soon as I made my booking so I felt very comfortable especially as an older solo female traveller. I loved staying far enough from the tourist area yet everywhere was a comfortable walking distance. I was here to write so the space was perfect for me and very quiet. The space was very clean and I enjoyed using the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable- highly recommend especially for a single person. Great eateries close by & I felt very safe. Thankyou

The apartment is very central and is located directly on the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication with Guglielmo was always straightforward and prompt. His parents - who look after the property - are warm, loving and go to great lengths for a pleasant stay. We all really liked Case del Mare and made our holidays on the coast of Tuscany unforgettable. We'll be happy to come back. Thank you very much.

The experience in Castiglione del Lago, thanks above all to the nice apartment, was beautiful. Antonella is a delight. You immediately feel that hosting is a great passion for you. In addition to providing us with a wealth of useful information, we had the pleasure of having a chat. He is always helpful and kind. Two words about the apartment: in addition to being on the main street of Castiglione, it has a beautiful view of the lake and a fantastic garden, which unfortunately we could not fully take advantage of because of the weather, but you can eat outdoors in total tranquility. We will definitely be back!

We stayed a week of Tiziana's guests in August. The living room went great. The house is equipped with everything you may need, the garden is very nice and the terrace took advantage of it very well by eating out practically always. The location of the house in my opinion is perfect because it allows you to be out of the way but at the same time to comfortably reach beaches and villages with a few minutes by car. I conclude by saying that Tiziana was a great host, always available for any need or request for information.
