Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Serravalle Scrivia

We only used this apartment for 1 night because we were in transit. Didn't have time to see the surrounding area. It's on a courtyard with a garage, which almost closed when we arrived. The lever to the outside closed and it was very quiet. The beds were excellent, everything we needed was present. Host was really friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Luigi’s place in Genova! He was extremely accommodating and made everything easy from start to finish. Communication was excellent — he was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. The apartment was just as described, very clean, and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Luigi as a host!

Renovated apartment almost new with all the necessary accessories, well maintained and very clean. Supermarket within walking distance. Internal stairs for bedroom access a little steep.

We had a fantastic stay in Paola's apartment in Genova. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. The location is fantastic and just a few minutes walk from the major sites and restaurants in the old city. Paola is an extremely friendly and welcoming host who was very helpful and quick to respond.

Very nice and functional apartment. To park, do not hesitate to look for a spot a little higher up the street. Pizzeria right next door and supermarket nearby. We did the center on foot because it's not far away. Francesco had left the essentials and special touches for our arrival, it was very nice. He answered any questions we had. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you for everything.

Apartment very new and well equipped and air-conditioned. Electronically control mosquito nets and shutters. Great parking space on the property, secured by electric gate.

the apartment, which is very modern and of high standards, is within easy reach of station, surrounded by restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Walkable to all important landmarks. Andrea, the host, is very responsive and check in, check out was very smooth.

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

We stayed one night at Stefano's property. We had a really good time, very clean spaces, perfect for couples and groups.

The painter's house is a wonderful, personal place. With magnificent views, beautiful garden, individually furnished apartment. Only the traffic on the Via Aurelia and the trains disturb the otherwise fabulous location on the Golfo Paradiso a little. Thanks to our warm hosts who have a pleasant sense of sustainability: water carbonators, avoiding plastic, heating with pellets, electricity generation via photovoltaics. We felt very comfortable.

Spacious and clean accommodation in the medieval city of Genoa. Lively neighborhood with lots of shops. We really enjoyed having 2 separate beds (proposed by Luca). We would recommend this listing.

Great place, fantastic view and loved the pool. You only share the pool with one other guest-family, so it feels almost private. The apartment has everything you need and is as described. We were here with two small kids, it worked well but if it would have been hotter weather, an AC would have been needed. Stefano is a great host and arranges educational wine tastings and good suggestions what to do close by. We were very happy with our stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.
