Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Serravalle Scrivia

We only used this apartment for 1 night because we were in transit. Didn't have time to see the surrounding area. It's on a courtyard with a garage, which almost closed when we arrived. The lever to the outside closed and it was very quiet. The beds were excellent, everything we needed was present. Host was really friendly.

We had a lovely time! The apartment is a good starting point for beautiful activities in the area. Thanks for the hospitality.

Luigi was extremely communicative and generous with our stay. The apartment itself is very close to one of the main squares and main street with many great restaurants. Lots of space in the apartment and very clean too with all amenities included. Luigi was proactive with communicating with us and was responsive to any questions we had.

We had a fantastic stay in Paola's apartment in Genova. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. The location is fantastic and just a few minutes walk from the major sites and restaurants in the old city. Paola is an extremely friendly and welcoming host who was very helpful and quick to respond.

Very nice and functional apartment. To park, do not hesitate to look for a spot a little higher up the street. Pizzeria right next door and supermarket nearby. We did the center on foot because it's not far away. Francesco had left the essentials and special touches for our arrival, it was very nice. He answered any questions we had. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you for everything.

Apartment very new and well equipped and air-conditioned. Electronically control mosquito nets and shutters. Great parking space on the property, secured by electric gate.

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

We stayed one night at Stefano's property. We had a really good time, very clean spaces, perfect for couples and groups.

We loved this place. We were 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 9yrs.) across 3 generations and the place was spacious enough that people could do different things at the same time or be altogether for meals. The kids loved the foosball game and got much better at playing it. The covered veranda is spectacular with an incredible view. In fact, the views out all of the windows were beautiful. The wisteria was in bloom and smelled lovely. Even though the area is densely populated, we heard more frogs than people. The house has so much character. We loved the old movie posters. It was a short walk to the port. There are a lot of steps, even with the elevator.

The apartment is very centrally located & equipped with everything you need. The check-in worked well on the 2nd attempt & with immediate help from Giuseppe. He was always available for questions or concerns & was very helpful. We can only recommend the apartment.

The painter's house is a wonderful, personal place. With magnificent views, beautiful garden, individually furnished apartment. Only the traffic on the Via Aurelia and the trains disturb the otherwise fabulous location on the Golfo Paradiso a little. Thanks to our warm hosts who have a pleasant sense of sustainability: water carbonators, avoiding plastic, heating with pellets, electricity generation via photovoltaics. We felt very comfortable.

Spacious and clean accommodation in the medieval city of Genoa. Lively neighborhood with lots of shops. We really enjoyed having 2 separate beds (proposed by Luca). We would recommend this listing.

Great place, fantastic view and loved the pool. You only share the pool with one other guest-family, so it feels almost private. The apartment has everything you need and is as described. We were here with two small kids, it worked well but if it would have been hotter weather, an AC would have been needed. Stefano is a great host and arranges educational wine tastings and good suggestions what to do close by. We were very happy with our stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.
