Monthly Rentals in Serra San Quirico

We had an amazing time. It was the perfect peaceful and beautiful getaway. The hosts were great! They got us breakfast and cake. It was a super welcoming place and town.

We stayed for three nights at the end of August in conjunction with the Frasassi Climbing Festival. The house is located less than a 5-minute walk from the sports field where most of the event takes place. The house is located in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from the square and restaurants. It is a very spacious accommodation with large rooms and two comfortable bathrooms equipped with everything you need. Even the kitchen is complete with everything, even a large dishwasher. There is a wonderful terrace in a room overlooking a very green and quiet internal street. Gabriella was a very kind and caring host whom I thank again together with Marco's helpfulness.

A fantastic house with everything that we needed. The house manager Rosa was very friendly and helped us with our questions. Nothing to complain about. We had the best time and would like to come back soon. It was even better than expected.

Timely problem solving by the host really stood out - we had some electricity issues which Gioia resolved by the next day. The apartment was as described. I would only point out that the staircase and also bunk bed and not particularly child-friendly as there are no side barriers.
