Aguincho is a small village with about 20 inhabitants located in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Ideal for those seeking contact with nature and the countryside. Here you will find the Alvoco River, which, due to the configuration of the mountains (in the form of a valley), has clear waters and pleasant temperatures for swimming in the summer. In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

My space is close to the Tower/ski resort (about 15 min). The house is located in a mountain village, at an altitude of 1100 meters, being considered the highest village in Portugal - Sabugueiro. Within a 10km radius, there are several lagoons and river beaches, for example, the Rossim Valley and Lagoa Comprida, Loriga and the beach of the village itself. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
