Quinta sobre o Rio w/ pool - Casa da Garça

ToniRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wow, wow, wow! Miquel, owner and Ana Rita, our host, were both amazing. Miquel was warm and informative. Ana Rita went out of her way on multiple occasions to make us feel welcome and nurtured, always with a big smile. Our small villa was beautiful inside and out, with river views. The accommodation almost seemed new; clean, cozy, great vibes. 15 minutes to the train station takes you into Porto or the country.

A Casinha - rural accommodation

LeeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
From the moment we made contact, our hosts made us feel truly welcome. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and warm hospitality turned our first trip to Portugal into a very special experience. The accommodation was exactly as described — a charming, traditional home set on a vast plot of beautiful land. It felt incredibly secure with two gates, and the setting allows you to enjoy complete privacy or connect with the hosts and animals as much as you like. It really does cater to what you need as a family. The house had everything we needed for cooking, and the thoughtful touch of a few essentials in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. Our children especially loved meeting the animals and being shown around the grounds — it was such a unique and memorable part of the holiday for them.

Station Country House * a 30min do Porto

We really liked the space and our dogs also enjoyed it. At night we can hear the crickets and during the day several birds chirped and the bees were pollinating. We took advantage of the yard to rest a bit before returning.

Experience Douro's beauty, 3BR, 2BA scenic villa

NicholasRating, 5 stars1 week ago
On our trip to Portugal, the Douro Valley was the highlight of the trip from the storybook views to the spread of freshly picked cherries, homemade preserves and wine awaiting our arrival to the cleanliness and comforts of a beautiful home perched high up on the vineyard terraced hills. The game room was an incredible surprise - there are seven eighties arcade games along with a ping pong table, a foosball table and an infinity game with over 150 board games built into the table. The hospitality was second to none. Gabrella, the property manager, was one step ahead of us ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stays one of the most memorable. Sephi, the owner, is one of the most generous people we have ever met. His passion for region and willingness to offer his time to you is amazing. We spent one morning touring his winery, learning the old way of making wine and enjoying the fruits of his labor – an extraordinary experience not a just another Air BnB.

Solar Piedade - FANTASTIC 5 bedroom villa

DawnRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wow a fabulous 4 night stay. A Hen group of 11 girls we loved the pool, garden and house. The kitchen had everything we needed. They were very responsive to any questions and gave us taxi and food shopping suggestions. There is a large dog who was very calm and we only saw him at the front of the property. We never heard him bark and our whole group loved him. The only suggestion would be is a safe would have been handy for passports and cash even though we all felt safe as it’s a quiet area and is gated. We would love to come back and stay as we had a great time. The host did not speak English which was no problem with google translate. He was also friendly and helpful.
