Great welcome! Thanks again to Evelyne and her companion. The accommodation is perfect for visiting the city center and the beaches. We greatly enjoyed the bikes loaned by our hosts: wonderful for getting to the beaches! Great harbor views! I recommend it!

Pleasant stay in a functional apartment! Very good location, close to the beach. Everything is within walking distance by following the very well laid out waterfront. Very quiet environment, small courtyard nice for outdoor dining. Very good telephone contact with Florence who was very responsive to our questions.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

We had a great time, ideal apartment for 2 couples, very nice services, duplex with nice volumes, very bright. Beautiful terrace. If we return to Gruissan, we would not hesitate to return to your apartment.

We arrived at Sandra’s place to find a beautifully decorated apartment, so welcoming and peaceful. Everything we might have needed and more was available to us and so thoughtful. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. This is perfect place to use as a base to discover and explore all the surrounding sights and villages. We highly recommend Sandra’s apartment in Pezenas for your stay in the Occitanie region.

We felt very welcome and comfortable in Régine's apartment. The reception by Régine was very warm, with a small tour and explanations of the apartment's amenities. The apartment is fully equipped, there is really everything you need. There are even beach chairs, umbrellas and games for the beach that you can take with you. The location and view from the apartment towards the beach is fantastic, the beach is very nice and was very little visited during our stay. We can recommend the sunset in the dunes, you sit there with a glass of wine somewhat sheltered from the wind and very quiet. Régine provided us very well with suggestions for local restaurants as well as events. We had a very nice time in Régine's apartment and will be happy to come back.

Very nice small apartment on the 3rd floor, beautiful sea view, a separate bedroom + beds on mezzanine, well-equipped and clean. Proactive hosts provide all check-in and checkout instructions. Very good!

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, making it very touristy. Parking is usually nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep stairs. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no umbrella is available. Alison (cleaning assistant organized one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room….🥲 otherwise everything is good.

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette area. Small terrace very nice despite the view of the shopping street and I appreciated the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the reservation is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

Francine is super caring, attentive and the apartment is really nice, modern, 100 M from the beach and with free parking... Go for it, yes, no hesitation, yes ❤️

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment, ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure for cooking or simply enjoying. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, a real little slice of heaven for a relaxing vacation.

A big thank you to Christel for her well-located, clean, quiet, very functional apartment 2 steps from the beach. The surrounding landscape is just beautiful. We didn't suffer from the heat thanks to the air conditioning. We also thank you for the sweet treats of Sète that made us happy. This week will remain a great holiday memory for us. We had a very pleasant stay in Florence's apartment. The view is splendid and the terrace huge! The living room is very large and the apartment is very well arranged. Communication with Florence is perfect. She is a very responsive and friendly host. Marie Lise who welcomed us was also very friendly despite our many hours of delay, thank you for the kindness of her welcome. No complaints! No complaints, everything was perfect.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is ideally located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is parked, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or longer. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared a lot of good addresses, especially for eating well and enjoying the stay. Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.
