Guests can walk to the nearby sandy beach or they can enjoy the superb views of Livadi & Livadakia Bay from the property's terraces in a quite and peaceful environment. Traditional Cycladic Architecture combined with a fully equipped modern accommodation offers our guests the perfect setting in order to enjoy and explore the island's nature and sandy beaches as well as its many other amenities.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The large studio with the cycladic arcitecture is located at the aprominent location of Leivadakia beach benefits from its literally on the beach, only 15 m. away from the house . Leivadakia is of one of most well known sandy beaches of the island with natural shade of the trees and few steps away from restaurants and cafe. Just few minutes walk down from the port/ Leivadi that can find bars, restaurants, grocery shops .
