The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Woodworker's Place Chora, Serifos

Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

My house is a small (12 sqm) stone-built house, on top of the old and well-preserved capital of Serifos, named Chora. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and panoramic breathtaking view to Aegean Sea. It is so spectacular, that it can be experienced only with your own eyes, while having a drink or coffee in the big, beautiful balcony (one of the largest on the island) on the rocky edge of the "Castle"

Our summer house is placed 10 meters from the idellic beach of Bathi, a place where no cars or motorbikes are allowed. The view from our veranda is unique, true blue fils up your eyes, the Greek sun completing the incredible scenery. 7 taverns, 2 minimarkets, the unbelievable blue see, the sandy beach fulfills any kind of need during someones vacations.

Αυτόνομο σπιτι σε κεντρικο σημείο , 3-5 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο το λιμάνι αφιξης , τα μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια , τα μεσα μεταφοράς ,ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων και τής τρεις κοντινές παραλιες. ( Λιβαδακια ,Αυλομωνας, Καραβι) Ωστόσο ήσυχα. . Επίσης είναι σε όροφο υπάρχουν σκαλιά για την είσοδο στο σπίτι.....
