Vacation rentals with a patio in Sequatchie County

This is a great escape from town to feel like you are in nature but much nicer amenities than glamping! Watching the gliders and tandems take off and land was amazing. Saw a lot of wildlife driving in and out on the mornings like deer, turkey and rabbits, but surprisingly not really any bugs- yeah! . Great bird watching! Easy to find, park, and get in. Bedroom is up stairs but Very comfy bed and cool decor. Would book again! Bet it’s beautiful in the fall!

It was a great location , right on the river. The place was very clean. Check in was easy. We didn’t have any issues with the gate code or getting in. The bed was comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night. We stopped here on our road trip back from Orlando to Louisville. This spot was perfect for one night, but could also have been perfect for even more. I loved the property. It’s so well organized, and nestled into nature itself. The unit was very clean, and the AC worked well. Our dogs loved exploring the ground. This place would be such a fun place to stay with relatives, or even just if you’d like to do some Tennessee hiking.

Very comfortable

Sam is a very attentive and helpful host. The location of Sam's place is great - near grocery store, eateries and local attractions. Yet it is also in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The inside is very tastefully decorated and well appointed. The back yard is very nice, even though we did not have enough time to fully enjoy it. We had a great time staying here. We will definitely consider staying here if we come to visit Chattanooga again.

Thanks to Nina for making this stay perfect! I rented this location for my son who was getting married over the weekend at Howe Farms. He wanted a private retreat and this location more than meet his expectations. Nina was very accommodating and helpful with local info. Beautiful and peace location in a rural setting but still close to numerous dining and shopping needs. I would definitely recommend checking into the loft and will be sharing this with others looking for a quite retreat!

Had a great stay at Emily’s suite! Easy check in and the suite was clean and cozy. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. Appreciated her accommodating our 10 month old with a play pen as well! She was a very nice and responsive host.

Annabelle was a great host. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was clean and cozy. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery. I would very much recommend staying at Annabell's place!

My family & I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Momma's Farm House. The view is breathtaking to say the least & the house itself is like taking a step back in time. The home is like a living museum and the little book they put together to give some of the history of the house and their family was enjoyable to read. If your looking for simple & somewhere thats super " homey feeling " this place does not miss ! We'd definitely stay here again. Much love to Kelle & the family !

We had a wonderful stay at Phillip's place. The house was exactly as pictured - bright, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, which was great for cooking some meals. Phillip was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and was always quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

I cannot say enough about how pleasant and enjoyable our stay was at Donna's home. I'm super impressed with the quality of her home and high-end features. Fantastic professional kitchen and amenities that was built for entertaining. Plenty of All-Clad cookware and dishes. Well stocked pantry with many items. Super clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out with large family spaces to be together. Outstanding view with plenty of outdoor space and privacy. An abundance of games and toys for the kids--big kids included! Beautiful dining room and very large table to seat many family and guests. Overall, just a wonderful experience cooking and enjoying family time. Thank you Donna for being so thoughtful of providing all the necessities for your guests. We felt very much at home!

The place was as described and as the pictures depicted. It was squeaky clean and met our needs for the 3 day fishing trip we planned. A real added bonus was that there was plenty of room for the boat and we had easily accessible power outside to charge the boat batteries. We will definitely try to book again when in the area

Such a sweet, cozy spot to spend a few days. It was very peaceful! Host was helpful and responsive to any questions. Be sure to follow Edie's recommended directions if you don't want to make hairpin turns on the mountain! We tried out that route out during our stay for fun - would not recommend that route at night unless you're a thrill seeker 😅 If you're looking for something relatively small and cozy but with plenty of privacy and quiet, this is it! The only thing I could possibly complain about is the rough driveway. There were several big holes that if we weren't in a truck, would have been difficult to navigate. Over all the stay was great, Tammy was responsive, the house is stocked and provided a great time for us during our rainy visit.

Sharon we really enjoyed ourselves at the home. My grandboys loved the playground setup. I would recommend this home to everyone I know that plans on visiting the area. Great host, Great House Sharon you're amazing!

Carrie was great and helpful! The townhouse was clean, very organized and neat. Very new homes and less than a 3-5 minute drive from the downtown scene and restaurants on our to do list. Traffic was always a breeze as well. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared. Yes, the trains are close and frequent. They are also easy to drown out and by mid-day on day 2, we knew what the noise was and it was much less of a bother. Plus, we were celebrating my daughter's graduation and she LOVES trains. It was a plus for her. Overall a great stay! I would book again.

Absolutely wonderful condo. Comfortable for 3 of us. Responsive and helpful host. We planned to use both bedrooms and the sofa bed; when we couldn't find sheets for the sofa bed the host supplied us brand new sheets from the store delivered well before we needed them. A little loud on the street in the evenings due to the location near restaurants and bars. Worked great for 3 ladies enjoying Chattanooga for 2 nights. Great location. Easy to get around town. Walkable to many places. Nice to have the parking spot with the condo. Thank you to our host. We had a nice time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Dana was very friendly and helpful. Her home was beautiful and so peaceful. The perfect place to get away and enjoy some quiet. My husband had a wonderful birthday thanks to Dana and Scott! 11/10 ! We hope to stay there again

This condo was clean and really cute. It is in a safe area and very walkable to many restaurants, breweries, and coffee spots. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something walkable in Chattanooga without being in the middle of all the city noise all night. Anna gave us several great recommendations for things around town. She was also very responsive and informative when the wifi unexpectedly went out due to something that happened outside of the unit.

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at Jeremy’s place. It was very clean and had lots of linens and cleaning supplies. Location was great and very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. A brewery next door that had amazing breakfast tacos and maybe 5 min walk to the Chatt Choo Choo. I would recommend staying here !

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to do and a short 10-15 minute drive to the caves, aquarium and other attractions in the area. Davey was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We stayed here for the recent IronMan event. This place was perfect. About 15-20” to get to wherever we needed. This place was peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed all the decor and touches of Chattanooga. We were able to cook with everything available in the kitchen. The bed was super comfy! Would definitely book here again for future trips!
