Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sequatchie County

It was very romantic and reminded me of the flintstones, the record player was super cute. The only thing I would say is that there is a house/airbnb right next to this one so it wasn’t the most private at times but other than that we loved the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Battle Vista! Our family def took advantage of the hot tub each night after all of our daily excursions! everything was clean and tidy...it was a great place for our Spring Break get away!

We had a great stay here! Beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable cabin and loved having our own hot tub! The indoor heated pool and hot tub for all guests was also a great feature! The host was very nice and responsive. We would recommend this for sure and will keep Paradise Pointe in mind if we are ever back in the area.

This is my third stay in the Cavern & it has always been exactly the reprieve I've needed. The space itself is beautiful and private, the beds are comfy, & its easy to feel at home. Rick is a gem & is always responsive and helpful. You can really see all the love and care he's put into the property. Can't wait for the next time to be in this magical space!

Beautiful home with an incredible sunrise view. You won't regret staying here. The home is clean and very well stocked. The area is very private and you can hear the waterfall below. You'll enjoy watching hummingbirds on the porch while sipping your coffee & taking in the beautiful sunrise. Great local lookout points, restaurants, coffee shop, and other attractions within 5-10 minutes from the house.

My family had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for the five of us. We especially loved the large backyard and hot tub. There were tons of places to eat nearby plus a couple of Walmarts for groceries or other necessities. It was also very close to all the things to do in Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain. Lastly, the hosts were super responsive and very kind! We will check here first the next time we visit the Chattanooga area!!

Beautiful location! The cabin was clean and well stocked. The pool house was huge and a big hit with the kids. We loved having the private hot tub. It was a little cool all week so we didn’t realize utilize the outdoor kitchen but it was a great feature. One note- there is not really any storage space for your clothes but we just worked out of our suitcase.

I took my son who is 12 for a little Spring Break getaway, we had fun on the trail, enjoyed the property, my sons favorite was the Hot Tub. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and it had everything that you could possibly need or want. We will definitely be coming back again. The host was very communicative and friendly, I couldn't have asked for a better place or a better host.

Enjoyed the secluded atmosphere, very relaxing. We saw deer several evenings just before dark. Cabin had all the amenities ever needed and more.

Beautiful little cottage with everything you need. Peaceful location, decorated nicely, and the screen door to the front porch allows you to enjoy the birds in the morning. My pup and I enjoyed our stay while waiting to pick up our new RV.

We’ve stayed in the other cabin on this property twice. The little treehouse cabin was great. Cute, peaceful, clean, well stocked. The location is unbeatable. Excellent little getaway spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house! The home was very clean. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. It was plenty of room for me, my husband, our daughter, and our dog. I didn't do much cooking, but we had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. It was convenient having a washing machine in the house, which we did wind up using at one point. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and we enjoyed our time relaxing on the front porch and taking it all in. It is a very walkable neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance or short driving distance. We also found a fun park (Riverview Park) nearby with a wonderful playground that our daughter loved! We felt comfortable and right at home during our stay here. I would definitely stay in this house again!

Lynn's place was awesome but so was she. The home is clean, cozy and private in a very walkable neighborhood. The location is just a short drive from all the downtown Chattanooga landmarks and walking distance to beautiful trails and park nearby. Waking up to birds singing outside our windows each morning absolutely made our day. Lynn checked on us and made sure we were good and when I mentioned needing more supplies, she went above and beyond and drove over and left what we needed. I can't say enough good things about Lynn and her home. We'll definitely come back to stay here next time we're in town. Thank you, Lynn!

It was a great space in Chattanooga. Cozy, quiet in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to everything that we wanted to do. He was great to work with, very responsive. House was perfect for a couples retreat to the city or small family. Will definitely keep it on our list of return places.

The second you walk into this beautiful house you are home! Great details, comfortable furniture and one HUGE TV! Amazing views from the dining room and deck, just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was nicely decorated and felt homey. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed ourselves so much. We were warmly greeted, and given a tour. We opted for the morning farm chores, and they were fun and educational. It was my husbands 60th birthday, and he milked a cow for the first time!! We were offered Bible study after the chores, and Brynne did a great job. Brynne was our farm chore guide too. She was excellent at both. At night, I opened our window, and the ladybugs greeted me, and I could see the stars from my pillow. The weather was perfect. I’m very happy with my stay, and would recommend it. We were about 45-60 minutes from Chattanooga, where our activities were for the weekend, but it’s an easy drive. It was so quiet and peaceful, that you forget there are animals right near you. My husband had a great birthday weekend!!’

Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. This was perfect for our trip! We were only a 15 min drive from a grocery store, but high enough in the mountains to feel secluded. The views were breathtaking and the tri-state trail was challenging but rewarding!

The decor was modern and welcoming, and the overall vibe made us feel right at home. One of the best parts of our stay was the peaceful backyard, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chattanooga. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect spot for a large Family to gather while visiting Chattanooga. We were only there for a night but found everything just as advertised!

Our stay was cozy and peaceful. Five minutes from anything you need. Easy parking, easy insurance. Very friendly host, much more than I was expecting as far as square footage. Comfortable and everything we needed! I would love to stay again.

This place was PERFECT!! Definitely kid friendly which we love . the pool was huge , the grill worked great . kids room was spacious!! i will definitely be coming back
