This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

You will be 5 min (by car) from Lake Parentis, 15 min from Sanguinet where you have beautiful beaches on Lake Cazaux and 25 min from the ocean (Biscarrosse Beach). Equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, new and quality bedding. The second bedroom has a 140 bed and a 90 bed with balcony. Welcome to Bisca Nest! Brand new apartment, cosy, comfortable and air conditioned, ideally located close to center and in a calm area 300m away from the forest. Ideal for a little family, working profesional, or person wanting to visit the region. Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Its large shaded terrace, hidden by vegetation, will be appreciated during summer evenings.
