This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

In the Biscar'Ose property, in Biscarrosse Bourg in the Landes, rental of the "Cocon", charming little quiet house, rated 3* by the tourist office. Perfect for a couple, it can nevertheless accommodate 1 young child and/or 1 baby: contact us to arrange these options. We prefer to rent by the week in high season, for any other need of overnight stays (minimum 2) or weekends and public holidays, thank you to make us a request for information. Enjoy a new apartment in a secure residence in the center of Parentis en Born. You will enjoy its balcony and covered parking space. Beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped it is in the immediate vicinity of a supermarket, a very good bakery and a famous restaurant. Lake Parentis with its beach and nautical base is 1.2 km away. The beach of Biscarrosse is 20 km away and Arcachon 42 km. The Pyla Dune is 37 km away. It's the perfect location away from the crowds.

Property located in a small town in the Landes with all amenities on foot. You will be 5 min (by car) from Lake Parentis, 15 min from Sanguinet where you have beautiful beaches on Lake Cazaux and 25 min from the ocean (Biscarrosse Plage).
