Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Seongmun-myeon

It was a very clean and comfortable place. I want to visit again if I have the chance!

Surprisingly great location with everything you really need all downstairs. it's my first time in Songdo and aside from shopping I much prefer living the than in Seoul. The apartment was in a great location, everything was accurate. Was nice to have a kitchenette. The host was very responsive and patient with my initial incompetence as I forgot to look at the previous messages for check-in instructions and mistakenly just looked at the location information. AC as noted by others was weak but it's fine for the spring / fall seasons. The main light switch was a bit counterintuitive though. Light up blue = off, not on.

I was well healed by the wide view of the Han River. It was a place I'd like to come again next time. ☺️☺️

The apartment was clean and spacious and the surrounding area was quiet. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and gave good instructions.

Super convenient - close to the subway! Awesome location overall with so much to do (5 min walk from Myeongdong and easy access to the Cheonggyecheon Stream walking path). Would highly recommend staying here!!

The accommodation is equipped with most of the necessary things I didn't need to look for the little things that travelers need, so I had a comfortable stay... I'll use it again next time I go to Bupyeong. It's really close to the location on foot. Convenience.

I highly recommend it if you have to stay with your family or friends in Songdo. It's a good value, and there are 4 rooms and 9 beds. 2 bathrooms. There was a dining table and 8 chairs, so we were able to use it without any shortage. Also, how clean it is, there's not a speck of dust on the interior accessories. The bathroom was clean without any mold. Central Park is about a 10-minute walk away. There is a Costco 5 minutes away from the complex, so you can also see the market. The best part is that the owner responds quickly and is very friendly. There are many good hotels around. I felt that this Airbnb also showed good quality as good as a hotel.

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

-It was nice to have 4 beds, so each person could use one. - The house was clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were prepared, so there was no inconvenience in using it: towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryers, hair straighteners, etc. -It's spacious! That's a really good point. - The bathroom is clean and has a bidet. The shower has strong water pressure, so it's nice. -It's more accurate to take a K-map than a map from Company N! The map from Company N is confusing, so it's hard to find a house. - The TV wasn't small, and it was a decent home size. It was nice to turn it on and chat. - It was a really pleasant and nice space to go to a chatting meeting all together~ :) I want to come again next time >_<

Clean and well-maintained accommodation. The bugs I was worried about were small flying bugs or spiders as small as dust. It wasn't a big deal. Places like the footbath outside may be affected by bugs, but I didn't do the footbath. The location is good, and the biggest advantage is that you can park. Cooking is not allowed, but delivery is free, and there is good consideration for tableware, etc. LG's water purifier is also neatly maintained, so clean water is a big advantage.

It was a comfortable and clean accommodation. I liked the amenities and it was very nice. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and smelled good. ☺️☺️

I stayed together with my friend together with my friend together. You'll need to take the stairs up to the 4th floor. The host was there when we arrived at the hotel, so they went out of their way to the room with me and my friend's luggage. There is also good access to the station, with plenty of convenience stores and cafes around the hotel. This time, it was a short stay, but it was also possible to stay for a long time, so I'd love to stay if I get the chance.

Hello, my friends and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Hanok in Seoul! The home was sleek, peaceful, and such a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially enjoyed winding down at night with the projector and Netflix. Thank you for such a relaxing and memorable stay!

I just entered an alley from the main street of Chinatown, but it is very quiet, and it is a great advantage that I can communicate quickly with the host.

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had a fun time:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. This is a place I want to visit again next time!

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

The accommodation is near Seochon and Gyeongbokgung Station is within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. And they responded kindly to my inquiries, and there were 12 people staying, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. If I have to visit Seoul again next time, I want to stay here ~
