despite speaking different languages, ahjussi always tried his best to communicate with us, ensuring that we have everything we need and has the best comfort during our stay. The breakfast was amazing (especially the abalone porridge) and he was always so kind with us during our time there. It felt just like home and i would definitely go back if i were to visit Seoul again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Hongdae! The space perfectly blends modern comforts with traditional Korean design touches, creating a warm and unique atmosphere. Everything was spotless - huge credit to the cleaning crew for their impeccable work. Our host, Lavender, was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. All instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in and navigating the space seamless. We were traveling with both young kids and seniors, and the home was wonderfully accommodating for all ages. Comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and easy to move around in - it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to tons of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul!

The owner's warm handwritten letter and welcome drink. A really warm feeling congee. Clean bathroom and very tidy bedding. Melograno in Terracotta of Santa Maria Novella. And the fantastic sunset.. The fire pit in harmony with the stars was also fantastic. (There are also various board games~) I want to visit again. ^ ^ The best Airbnb experience!

It was nice that it was a friendly neighborhood with a lot of quiet and family!! The accommodation is so tidy and the bedding is cozy: -) There are all the things you need to live in the accommodation, so it was easy to do simple laundry and meals! I recommend them!!

This beautiful Hanok was situated very close to the Bukchon Hanok village. You can walk over to many places. One thing I was grateful for was the walk from the station was mostly flat. The place was clean and as described. The host was very responsive. The host provides a simple yet delicious breakfast meal that’s traditional. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

Brian (and his brother) are really helpful and friendly. They are happy to help guests order food delivery, book train tickets etc. They know each guest by name & will suggest places for you visit. It's great chatting with them as they give you a glimpse into Korean culture as well.

Jooseok was an extremely hospitable host for our 2 nights here. He even prepares breakfast for you at your chosen time (8-10am). Living in bukchon hanok village makes it very convenient to sightsee and dine in the area, close to many well-known cafes (onion, artist bakery, cafe layered). the place was clean and well maintained. the bathroom is a bit small but clean and practical. Recommend if you want to experience hanok living!

If you look at other reviews, there are often bad things, but I don't think there's a place like this in Yeonshin for those who want to take a day off. The reason for this is 1. Very close to the station. - Thanks to that, there are noisy points at dawn, but the advantage of being close to the station is undeniable.. Especially if you have a lot of luggage, the advantage of not having to wait long from the station is a big plus. 2. There are many commercial areas around. - There is a restaurant nearby that is perfect for a quick morning and evening meal, so it's also an advantage that you don't have to go far to eat. 3. Quick response and affordable accommodation. - I contacted you at 11pm because I wanted to take action, and I was surprised by the quick response within a few minutes. Sometimes when I look at Airbnb reviews, it seems like there are people who exaggerate the small things to make it sound like a serious flaw, when it's not something you need to worry about. But most people who need a place to stay for a day or so, like me, don't consider those things that much. I don't think there's any problem with the accommodation as long as it's well equipped with the essentials for your stay.

Wonderful place to stay in. Place was easy to find & room was big enough for my friend and i to open up our luggages. The hosts/receptionists were extremely nice! He served us free fruits and even helped us checked the timetable for the airport bus right across the street! They also allowed us to keep our luggages there before/after checkout. Place is a walkable distance from the nearest station which was great! 10/10 highly recommended! :D

Great location so much to do! Easy walking to station. I didn’t even need to use gps much at. I slept well every night. Water pressure and temp excellent. If light sleeper bring earplugs doors are a little loud when open and closed but I always bring earplugs so not a problem for me. In the future I will book again.

I really enjoyed my stay! It was so clean and Yuju was so helpful! She was incredibly responsive and so kind! The room was super clean and matched the pictures. When arriving, the door is located inside the little alleyway. If you have lots of large luggage it may be crowded in the room. The facilities were really clean and organized and it was so much fun to chat with the other guests!

Jin and her husband were very helpful throughout our long stay. There are two bedrooms and it's perfect for a small family of four. The slope going to the guest house is a bit steep but you get used to it. Also the fact that it's on a hill helped ensure we were perfectly safe during the recent heavy rains. It's also walking distance from a lot of good and affordable places. I would definitely recommend it.

This is the first time I travel as a group with 15 other team mates. I was worried where I could find a suitable place for all of us together. This place was the perfect home for our Asia Pacific Convention. We are comfortable with the set up. The hosts were very kind. We met them in person. The location is really accessible to restaurants, convenience stores and transportation. They even allowed us to have late check out because of our delayed flight. I will definitely book this again when I go back to Korea.

We have spent a wonderful short stay in Lee Kong Ga Guesthouse, very clean and comfortable. The best: the roof top terrace, very cosy, with several sitting corners, great views and peaceful, though at only 15 minutes walking from Hongdae Red Road. There is everything you need in the communal roof top kitchen. If we come back to Seoul one day, for sure we will try to book again a room in this cosy place.

A compact room features two beds with neutral-colored bedding and dark accent pillows. Air conditioning units are mounted on the wall, and wall-mounted shelves provide additional storage. Natural light enters through two windows, enhancing the bright and airy atmosphere.

Fantastic experience, Mr. Kim is very nice and available to help and give you suggestions. We met so many nice people during our stay; the room as described; small, but we loved it. Exceptional breakfast. There are many suggested activities at the entrance and bus times to return to the airport.

I was really happy. As I have lived in many rbnb over the last three years in Korea as a student I was so surprised. It was actually very clean and I felt directly at ease after arriving. Right by the popular shopping streets in Myeongdong & super convenient to commute anywhere. Great place for a budget stay in Korea. My only issue was that there were many bugs in the basement/entrance, especially at night, but that might be due to the location & not the cleanliness. Dongil was super helpful and responsive whenever I needed help with anything. I would definitely recommend this place to any solo or duo travelers.
