마포 광흥창역(6호선) 도보 5분 거리이며 최근 건물 전체를 리모델링하여 쾌적한 시설을 자랑합니다.천연원목을 사용해 캠핑카 컨셉으로 꾸며 놓았으며 1인부터 최대 4인까지 거주가능합니다. 침실에는 2층 침대와 더블 사이즈의 소파베드가 있으며 에어컨과 TV, 난방시설이 돼 있습니다. 주방은 밝고 깨끗합니다. 화장실은 다소 작지만 옷을 갈아 있을 수 있는 공간이 바로 옆에 있습니다. 사계절 온수가 잘 나오고 청결합니다. 식사 및 바베큐를 즐길 수 있는 다이닝룸은 냉방, 난방 시설이 돼 있습니다. 다이닝룸의 문을 열면 프라이빗 테라스가 있고 동네가 한눈에 내려다 보입니다(건물 내 유일한 흡연가능 장소). 건물의 모든 공용공간에는 안전을 위해 CCTV가 설치돼 있습니다(숙소 내부 제외). 엘리베이터가 없는 3층 건물이므로 미리 요청하면 가방 옮기는 것을 도와드립니다.
