The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Quiet, cozy new apartment perfectly located!

The accessible apartment (60 sqm) with balcony is in the perfect location between the old town and the highway/industry. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the city center is a 5-minute walk.

We had a wonderful extended weekend here! With our 2 little kids, it was just perfect. There were even a lot of toys on site and plenty of room for movement. The house is very nice and there is plenty to experience in the area and the parents can buy a Swiss franc shop directly opposite:). Thanks for the hospitality!! Highly recommended!!

Juliane & Dominik's apartment is a real gem. Newly renovated and furnished to a high standard, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay – we didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy is the loving preparation by Juliane: She responded to our wishes, and a lovingly selected gift was waiting for our little child. The apartment has two bedrooms with sleeping places for a total of five people. In addition, the spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa bed. The location is quiet and green, right next to a park and a sports field. The main train station and the city center of Schweinfurt are easily accessible by bus (or on foot). For our extended family weekend, this apartment was just perfect – and at a very fair price. Communication was warm, individual and at the same time highly professional. This is how Airbnb is enjoying it. Many thanks to Juliane & Dominik!
