We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The accommodation is great, François-Xavier and Émilie are very responsive and kind. We'll be happy to go back.

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for recharging and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

Spacious, bright and very comfortable house with sober but very nice decoration. In addition, well located with the beach a 10 min walk and the center of St Georges 30 min away. We were three couples of friends and we are all delighted with our stay. Thanks to our hosts

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Really enjoyed Christelle’s place. Stunning apartment and the sauna was a nice touch. Christelle was a great host and even sorted as out when we left the lights on the car overnight and flattened the battery. Area is quiet and not much nearby but was the perfect place for us as we explored the area. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful house, very bright, in a beautiful environment facing Le Platin beach. We spent the Easter weekend there and enjoyed the view and the customs trail

a very nice accommodation in a very nice village, on the edge of the estuary. very clean, nicely decorated, with an outdoor plancha, a garden, a few chickens (in an enclosure) and a few cats that you will meet at random. very discreet and very friendly owners. a tavern (Ma zo li) has recently opened just opposite (Thursday to Sunday): option to eat grilled meat or fish, mussels on Friday evening, have a drink, in a wooded place. At very affordable prices. The accommodation is conveniently located for visiting Meshers, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, Mornac sur Seudre, Mortagne sur Gironde (port).

Beautiful stay with a wonderful view of the estuary. The house is very well-equipped, quiet and pleasant. The veranda is a real plus when the weather is not cooperating. We recommend it without hesitation!

Delicious outdoor and indoor layout, conducive to rest! (Even if the wide-angle photos enlarge the space). Excellent welcome from Ophélie. Only small drawbacks: the lack of soundproofing between the rooms, not great for a little privacy. And due to lack of habit, we did not understand what the absence of small equipment meant: it means that you have to think about bringing salt and pepper, as well as your hair dryer for example. We'll do better next time! (Because we liked it!)

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk to the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

We were hosted very well by Myriam. Her professionalism and good mood allowed us to start our stay in the best conditions! The accommodation matches the photos and is very well-equipped. Its location is also great for many walks on the coastal trail. Recommended without hesitation! 😎

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

We were delighted with our stay! The place is very clean and tastefully decorated! Everything is available, we didn't want for anything. Friendly and warm welcome. We thank Sophie and her husband for the help provided at the end of the stay (vehicle problem).

well located accommodation that matches the listing. We were 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a cocooning exterior. Sandrine offered us the high chair and the umbrella bed. Quiet area and possibility to go to the beach and the center of Royan without problem. We were able to take the accommodation a little earlier in the day. Really nothing to complain about and to recommend without problem. Thank you!
