Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

Super pleasant stay, change of scenery and rest at the rendezvous. The house is very nice and functional as well as the exterior, large, wooded and the presence of the donkeys reinforces the zenitude of the place. We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. We were delighted with our stay! The place is very clean and tastefully decorated! Everything is available, we didn't want for anything. Friendly and warm welcome. We thank Sophie and her husband for the help provided at the end of the stay (vehicle problem).

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Very good communication before our arrival. We arrived very late, our host had left a light so that we could find our way around without any problems. We only spent one night but it was perfect. Listing is as described, cozy, and tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy the sunny terrace in the morning to have a coffee. We'll be happy to go back

Lovely hosts in a lovely part of the world. If you are looking for peace and quiet - WOW. The experience of the vineyards is only interrupted by frogs and the occasional windy day.

Really impeccable small studio with all the necessities where you can have your privacy, all close to the sea and with a warm welcome. What more could you ask for?

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

A dreamlike house in the idyll of west France! We had a wonderful time as a family in the beautiful house Colibri in Médis. We are very thankful for Hélène and Delphine being warmly welcoming to us and tremendously friendly, uncomplicated and extremely helpful. The house is very beautiful, cozy and comfortable, the equipment and the garden are fantastically laid out. We look forward to being back very soon! All the best, Nell & Family

Great stay with the family at Barbara and Gilles'. They are very friendly hosts. The accommodation is very clean, well located and quiet. If we have the opportunity we'll be back with pleasure!

Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for recharging and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

It was a pleasant stay and close to Bordeaux and even closer to cute towns along the river like Blaye. Lots to see and many wineries nearby as well! The accommodation is exactly as described and well worth it for the price.

We had a great time at the cousinade weekend!!! The house is great! Identical to the photos. There is everything you need to have a good time, swimming pool, billiards, foosball, brazier… we had a great time. Thanks to William and Marion for their recommendations in the area. Everything was perfect. We will come back without hesitation.

We chose 'Le Manoir' for its setting and 'So British' decoration. We weren't disappointed! On the contrary, we immediately felt good in our vacation home. Thanks in particular to the details (old beds but excellent bedding), very well-equipped kitchen and what can I say about the magnificent bathroom!!!! We have only one small downside: the dishes for 6 people are a little tight. Scottie and Kerstie's hospitality and responsiveness are up to the task.

Beautiful house, very good bedding and very well maintained / easy to use (ground floor). The fenced and secure park (with playground) for children - ideal! Living room with wood stove, very pleasant in the evening and cocooning - a haven of peace. Very responsive host on the platform, beach recommendations and easy communication. In short, a great place.

well located accommodation that matches the listing. We were 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a cocooning exterior. Sandrine offered us the high chair and the umbrella bed. Quiet area and possibility to go to the beach and the center of Royan without problem. We were able to take the accommodation a little earlier in the day. Really nothing to complain about and to recommend without problem. Thank you!

The house is in a very nice location in Saint-Georges de Didonne. Easy access with a nice neighborhood. Shops, restaurants and beach are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The accommodation is almost new, very well-equipped and comfortable. There is nothing missing and in addition, it is well soundproofed. It felt good there. Nicola's welcome and availability are to be honored: although absent, he did everything to make the arrival and stay go as smoothly as possible, which was the case. Thanks to him for hosting us!

Charming little apartment tastefully decorated by Chantal. Beautiful view of the estuary and the cliffs of Suzac. Ideal location for walking to Royan on one side and the cliffs on the other. Downtown St Georges de Didonne is within walking distance.

We had a great time at Sophie's for the new year and celebrating my birthday. The house is very beautiful and very functional. We had everything we needed and much more, you can see it's a house that's lived in on a daily basis. The beds were comfortable, and the house perfectly clean. Sophie was warm and very accommodating. Recommendations on local businesses were even provided to us. Perfect for relaxing in a friendly way in the countryside. I highly recommend it! Thanks for everything.
