We were in Clearwater and decided to extend our trip and reviewed Jame’s place as I had stayed at the hotel part of Beso’s. This condo is perfect for a stay in Dunedin. Clean, comfortable, easy access, great communication, and on top of this, great pool- hot tub, tiki bar food, music and a priceless view of the bay and Clearwater! I encourage all to stay here at Jame’s Place with Dawn!

We really enjoyed the condo! It was very clean and beautifully decorated! The views were amazing! Teresa was very responsive and helpful with all our needs and recommendations! We will definitely stay again!!

There are nit 100 qords I can use to describe our stay at Deward "Skip's" place. We went seeking much needed R&R, and quite frankly, God lives there. Qe had a suoer late check in-9:30 P.M. still, Skip was there on the top of the hill waiting for us, personally escorted us to our glamp and even brought us a cooperación filled quth ice. At 9:30 pm, Skip was still very charusmatic, full of jiy and was so informative, the warmest welcome qe have experienced in our many years if Airbnbing. The place is nothing short of a piece if heaven, the spund of the creek in the distance, the birds, nature, beautiful trails, canoeing, fishing, HOT TUB, and after such an eventful day, THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS WE HAVE SLEPT IN, EVER, AT ANY AIRBNB. The place, so thoughtful and well put together, suoer clean, comfortable, plenty of ac, plenry of space for all of us ....if you are looking for a memorable experience, look no further, Skip's place will meet and even excede your expectations. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

It couldn’t have been better for my 75th Birthday 🎉 the view was magnificent. The unit was very clean. Bill was very responsive to anything I asked him. It was an overall great experience to be on that beautiful Gulf Coast. You will be very happy there. Susan Pittsburgh Pa

My little family enjoyed our stay!! We maximized our three days from the beach, to the pools, and the hot tub!! The amenities were great!! Will definitely be staying here again!! Also, Kaylan was very responsive and helpful!!!

Me & my boyfriend rented this airbnb as a week getaway for my birthday - it was perfect for the two of us. We had a wonderful stay, everything was clean & so tidy! The view of the sunset was absolutely perfect from the balcony & the walk to the beach was super easy - also within walking distance of a lot of different places!! Our only complaint (property wise, nothing to do with Airbnb) was getting from the parking garage to the room as there are different elevators that take you to different portions of the building. We quickly found out which elevators to take to get to lobby & which to take to get to the correct portion of the parking garage. 10/10 recommend booking with Sharon!!

This was our 2nd 2-week stay in this condo. We love the higher floor, especially for watching the military jets and helicopters and for spotting dolphins! The location is not the easiest to find but if you look for ‘Wyndham Sky Bar’, you’re in the right place. The driveway is on either side of the building across Front Beach Rd so if you pass it, you get one more chance. Kaylan is super responsive and gives great instructions. They implemented our feedback from last year. The pools are terrific and the beach is beautiful! This location is very quiet and peaceful in the middle of February. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! Great place and amazing location with so much to do. The host was extremely kind and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!
